My notes from last nights This is Us,

Love seeing the family after Jack passed away. This may be a difficult season to watch. Especially with Toby and his spiral.

Rebecca can’t win with Kate. She doesn’t say anything about the IVF, but Kate pushes her to say something and then still gets grief.

I agree for the most part with Toby. Not with how he said it but what he said, bottom line is that it’s not about all of them. It’s about Kate and Toby.

I loved Rebecca explaining to Kate why it’s hard for her to watch Kate do something potentially dangerous. Randall putting off college did not surprise me. Randall hearing what Kate said, about their dad....My heart breaks for Randall, all over again.

Me too. Yes, his kids won't look like Jack but like someone pointed out on FB that he spent all day trying to fix something with the rec center, he got that from Jack, not William. And it is that and so many other things that he is passing onto his kids. Including Deja, who he is treating as his own, like his father. I know Kate didn't mean it that way but still....

yeah, it was so unfair of her to say that. even when people pass on their genes to their kids they don't turn out like them. it's not about damn genes, it's all about parenting and Randall has learned the best things from Jack, funnily enough he's most like Jack out of the big three and he isn't even biologically related to him.

Empire was great again

This is us. Decent episode. I was curious about who was th guy Bec kissed but there was no mention to that story... Well, I am worried about Kate and Tobby. The ending broke my heart. Randall definitely carries Jack's legacy more than the two of them I always love to see Willam

yeah, it was a real bad idea for Toby to stop with his anti-depressants I wonder why they're not considering a surrogate mother that way the baby would carry both of their genes
