I just want them to have an actual scene together. Not just a couple exchanges when she's passing through the rammer jammer, but a real conversation between just the two of them. When was the last time that happened?

It is realistic, I say it is sad because they could have moved things before now and given us some buildup, UST this season. But yes, I don't see much time for anything given how few episodes we have left. It did, Joel stuck out like a sore thumb. I don't know if it was intentional or not but either way it happened and it sucked.

I think Joel (and Josh Cooke) reminded LG of someone dear to her: spouse, boyfriend, relative, and that is why he was on so much of the season.
