Also, I hate to be told to hold on. Why should I sit through complete BS because you're telling me I'll get my couple eventually? No, I won't do that. I will take the option to turn the tv off. I don't care about eventually getting a decent story, I want that the whole way through.

& I know I already said this in the spoiler thread, but this;

No, I don't have to respect that & I most certainly don't. She doesn't sound like a writer who is putting characterization first even though she knows the fans won't always like it, she just sounds too stubborn to admit that maybe she made a mistake.

I just think we need to declare that rant rules apply to our fandom for the next few days, which means that we're allowed to get things off our chests that are unpleasant and uncomfortable and that we're not taking those feelings specifically out on anyone who posts or lurks here.

LG, well, if she lurks here (or pays lurkers to be here) can just take her lumps since she's the one who dished it out.

Yeah, sometimes you just need to take a thought out of your head & put it out there. It does make me feel better, because my mind kept drifting back to it all day!

& I seriously doubt LG lurks here considering the choices she's made

Have you been to the Cowboy thread today?

WB will be giving a public reading not fifteen miles from where I sit. I don't know if I want to brave Downtown L.A. at night, but it's more than tempting to take video of the event....

Myabe I hadn't got it all completely out of my system before! Just back to the I hate being told to hold on point, they should just write a good storyline! Then we wouldn't have to hold on, because we'd actually enjoy watching the show!

He's reading his own works.

I don't know if that will include raps and other such or what. There's specifically no mention of there being a book signing.

(Which is the reason whatever he reads will be interesting, since it sounds suspiciously as though they will be unpublished works).
