Yeah it definitely would have cheered me up. Getting those tiny moments between Zoe and Wade were special too. Especially since we really didn't know the full purpose of Vivian. I think she was mainly supposed to be a rebound since Wade jumped into that relationship with her after Tansy gave Wade a lecture about not moving on from Zoe after all that time.

Yeah, Wade was just doing what he thought he was supposed to do. I can understand that, but they weren't interesting to watch at all & soooo many of his scenes were with her.

Yeah, She just had so many scenes which didn't make sense and I just feel like there was something we were missing about it because I just watched 3x18 when Wade was spending one on one time with Aunt Winifred and she was saying that he was becoming one of them. In a way, subconsciously maybe he wanted to become close to the Wilkes because of Zoe. Because it was the life that he really wanted, but he was just with the wrong member of the Wilkes family at the time.

The only purpose she had was to show Zoe that Wade was able to successfully date someone again without making those mistakes he did in the past. But now that is over with, she can stay away. She can stay in Baton Rouge. We don't need to see her again.



awww great gif set!! I love that Zoe tried so hard to flirt with Wade there and Wade was just so oblivious. She wasn't having any success.

Yeah, she was trying so hard to be smooth, but it just wasn't working

They were both pretty happy when she just came out with what she really wanted though

Yeah they both spent a lot of time in the beginning just playing games with each other. One trying to deny her true feelings and believing she had anything with a guy like Wade, and the other denying his feelings for Zoe were anything more than what he was used to and being afraid to admit to his feelings. The minute Zoe was honest about them a little bit, she got a little nervous

Yeah, it was really funny. And then she had to literally spell it out completely for Wade to understand what was going on. I truly believe that the reason Wade and Zoe even had the "casual" relationship with each other in the beginning was only because they were not yet comfortable with saying what they were feeling out loud.

Yeah, it did. And what I really loved about the scene later on in the episode when they almost kissed, after Zoe turned him down when it started raining, you could see that Wade finally saw that Zoe wasn't like every other girl that he had been with. She wasn't going to be as easy to get, if she was who he wanted.

Oh, yeah definitely! That is what gave it all away. Wade sure thought that it would be easy to get Zoe. Especially even at the end of 1x06. But he quickly learned that if he wanted Zoe, he was going to have to change his ways because his ladies man ways weren't going to work with her.
