The HoD timeline doesn't really make any sense, but considering it was nearly half a season, I'm guessing 4/5 months?

I think it dragged on a little too long for the audience too, we were so ready for the next part of their story

Kinda, but I think the writers had to know that the ZW fanbase had pretty much made that their anthem...
