If Wade had a sister George would know about it. They grew up together in the same town. George wouldn't have been mad that he was leaving with some girl. He would have known who the sister was.

I would think that everyone would know who Wade's sister is. So I doubt that is who the girl was. But it may be possible that she is an old friend or someone who knows someone he knows. We won't know.

Yeah, I knew it was a nice fantasy. Not only would George recognize her but Tansy, as Wade's ex-wife should have known her on sight. But I agree that she could easily be an old friend or someone he knows because of one of his prior bands.

After all, one of the things bands do when they're playing gigs is try to reach out to anyone who might come out to support them at their show. She could have come because he wanted people to come out and vote for their band. For all we know, he could be Meatball's sister.

Although she looks nothing like Meatball.

I think it is fair to say that it is just Jesse and Wade. I went back and watched parts of 1x11. George comes to the bar after Earl came to his office telling him he wanted to sell his land. George tells Wade that he thinks Earl really wants to leave the land to "yous boys".

Yeah, I had a momentary thrill at the idea that Wade might have a sister he is on good enough terms with that he gives her a little spin like that, but it's hard to imagine how he could possibly have a good relationship with her but a bad one with Jesse if she'd left him to take care of Earl like Jesse supposedly did. And, since Earl is so almost doting on Zoe, I can't imagine him not wanting to dote on a daughter and include her in his will.

So not a sister. I'll still settle on someone he knows from before. I'd even settle on a prior girlfriend who told ended it for someone else (so he feels confident that she's not going to make a pass). I'd even be thrilled for it to be Uncle Mo's daughter or a similar extended family thing so that Tansy and George wouldn't necessarily know her.

I always wondered about Wade's family too & if there was more, but I do think it will be silly at this point for another sibling to appear that's never been mentioned before - but he could have cousins!
