I am sure she would have, but I think Rose/Zoe's friendship might not have been as instant because Rose rushed into the practice the second she found out about Zoe because she knew she was from ny.

I think as long as Zoe was from something that was considered a big city, they'd have been okay.

Yeah, Rose would have been excited about any kind of big city

But even if Zoe wasn't from anywhere special, I think she & Rose would have bonded, it just might have taken a little longer

Yeah, I still think they would have bonded, but I definitely think that Rose was so interested in what it was like to live in a big city because Bluebell was such a small town. And that big city could have been any big city. But it definitely helped that she seemed to cling onto NYC because so fascinating to her.

Yeah, she was. I think Rose was someone who was itching to experience something other than the things that were in Bluebell. That is why I felt like she was bound to leave bluebell at some point.
