We sort of did when Wade tried to give advice to Lavon about telling Ruby how he felt before the election was over. I think we definitely needed another Lavon to Wade talk a few times in S3 and S4. I bet that would have helped him out a lot....

Not necessarily through the entire season of S4, but more so like between 4x01-4x03. Lavon was already trying to give Wade advice when he was dealing with the news of the baby and in the process of trying to get Zoe back.

Yeah, that would have been so good. I really wish that we saw the conversation that Wade had with Lavon and George after he returned to the house at the end of 4x02. Even though it might not have been a real serious talk, it would have been an interesting scene to see.

Yeah, when Lavon, Wade and George all hung out that night, it was definitely Wade's opportunity to freak out a bit. He needed to vent. And then once he came back and told them that Zoe was pregnant, I am sure it was even more freaking out.

No they didn't. At least Lavon and George tried to help him out when they saw the train wreck that was Wade and Zoe's conversation the next morning.

They barely helped. Watching him put his foot in his mouth does not count.

I mean, I don't think they could have done much in the moment while they were talking, but I think they definitely should have helped him out after the fact to try and recover the situation a bit. Or I would have liked George and Lavon help Wade approach the situation when he came back to the house and told them that night.

It's something I really wish would have happened. There were so many opportunities for some great conversations between Lavon/Wade/George in 4x02 when they were hanging out together. We already knew Wade was struggling a bit with his Zoe problems.

I would have loved to see something like that. I am sure it would have been good for Wade too if he had some friends there for him to talk him through some difficult times. Although I always felt like maybe they did but we just didn't see anything like that because in 4x02 when he was saying he was "Done and that he vowed to stay away, they said that they heard that before....
