Yeah, I know it didn't have a cliffhanger, but it was the mid-season finale. The writers wrote that ep knowing they'd go on a break afterwards, that it needed to be a bigger episode than the others...

I'd pick the seriousness too. It was like he was a main character!

I know, he got way too much screentime....it felt like the writers didn't understand what the fans enjoyed about the show at all

Well, never the life in danger kind, but it definitely had cliffhangers

Zoe being pregnant was a good one

I don't really think of that as a cliffhanger. We all knew Rachel was pregnant and that it was being written in. Wasn't like we needed to be really worried about Wade's behavior.

We did, but casual fans might not have done & regardless of what was happening offscreen, it was definitely written to be a cliffhanger.
