And that is the thing. AB and Lavon had the chemistry together. But he didn't with Lemon. That is why I have always thought they should have ended up together. And I seriously though t they were working towards that at the end of season 3 when AB called off the engagement with Davis.

Yeah, with that relationship not getting AB over Lavon, I don't think she was going to have feelings for anyone else for a long time...

Would have been so much better if season 3 was building up to them getting back together & getting engaged

Yeah, I agree. I just always thought that it would eventually turn out that way because by the time season 3 rolled around Lemon and Lavon seemed to be ancient history. But I guess I was completely wrong.

Oh, they could have done a nice parallel with Zoe trying to win Wade back while Lavon tries to fix things with AB.

Yeah, that would have been kind of cool if they paralleled it a bit. Especially with how many parallels there were in season 4 to begin with.

True, I mean if you look at how season 3 was ending, especially in that ep, it did seem like ZW, LAB & LG were all paralleling each other

Even though I think Lavon should have had to work really hard to win AB back, I don't really see that happening, because I think AB would be willing to take him back

Yeah, I think AB was definitely willing to take Lavon back. Especially since she had just got finished admitting to Davis that he was her rebound. For such a long time Lavon seemed to still want AB back. But then when she started dating Davis, it stopped.

I'd still would have wanted Lavon to work to earn AB back for an episode or two.

Yeah, that would have been nice. I still think, it would have been so better to see Lavon fight for AB instead.

Yeah, I do think that would have been good for us to see, after seeing Lavon hurt her for so long, but I just don't see Annabeth not taking him back immediately. But, it's not long they would just get back together & not have to work on things, Lavon could still do a lot of work to prove to her that he knows he messed up & isn't going to do it again if they were together

Yeah, exactly. And Lavon too still had feelings for AB for awhile. I mean, we all saw how he reacted when he found out about AB dating again.... he got drunk. But it would definitely take awhile for Lavon to earn that trust back.

Lavon wasn't happy when he saw that some guy from the French exchange thing was interested in her, & then he got jealous again when she started dating Davis, so there were definitely still feelings on his side imo
