yeah. Lavon was like her sounding board in season 1. Always going to Lavon for advice and even Wade sometimes. I think if that stayed that way, we would have seen a lot more scenes between the 3 of them. I mean, we did have a decent amount of kitchen scenes in season 2, but I think with Zoe and Wade's break up, things complicated that a bit.

Yeah, the trio of Zoe/Wade/Lavon definitely suffered after ZW's breakup. That is why I am glad that we did get a little bit in season 4 when they were back together.

Great episode. I wonder if Wade would ever tell Zoe that he made the Gumbo for her.

Yeah, I would hope so! It would have been an interesting scene to see! I really wish we did actually see the Gumbo competition again and also see if Zoe got better at making it.
