Yeah, even though in the Planksgiving ep we knew that Wade was in fact making an attempt to tell Zoe how he felt, it was nice to hear him actually say that it was an attempt. but I agree, I wish Wade was able to finish his conversation at the race. He let himself be so vulnerable there.

And I think when Wade said that he tried to tell Zoe a couple times, I think that also meant that the time when Zoe asked him to admit that he liked her, he was in fact going to like he was saying, but chickened out. Zoe was just so unaware of everything in S1.

We needed more Kitchen scenes between them throughout the series.

I am glad we got a little back in S4, but I think we still needed the kitchen scenes even if the scenes were awkward and uncomfortable for Zoe and Wade. I would have liked those awkward moments because maybe it would have cause Lavon to give them some obvious advice or something.

Ohhhh yeah! I feel like we would have gotten a lot of the sexual tension we got in S1 back. But more serious. There could have been so many options they could have gone with. And I just would have loved seeing the dynamic between Joel/Wade/Zoe if Joel/Zoe were back in the carriage house at the beginning.

Me too, if it had meant that Zoe & Wade's paths would have crossed a lot more often, the writers could have done a lot with that

Yeah, they would have been somewhat forced to see each other, because they would share a kitchen. I also feel like their typical banter would have come back, and maybe Joel would have recognized that even if Zoe wouldn't see it that way. Maybe it would have caused both Lavon and Joel's eyes to open.

Though, I did like that when Joel/Zoe did move back into the carriage house, Wade seemed to fall back into the habit of just walking in her room.

I think the more time Zoe & Wade spent together, the more obvious it would have been to everyone that they were still in love

Yeah, I agree with that. Because for awhile there, they avoiding spending too much time together, for obvious reasons.

I was just watching 4x03 and Brick said "He loves you, you love him. Isn't that what you serenaded meatball all about?" I might be misreading it, But doesn't it seem like he knew that Wade loved Zoe before everything? Because it wasn't necessarily mentioned any other time other than when she declared her love. Unless Zoe talked to him about it.
