I was so shocked when she sad she was 30 and had never worked before.
But yes, I loved her as well. And I'm all for her being single and taking her life in her hands. So looking forward to the bar scenes with Wade already.

I think this season is going to change Lemon. You see bits of that already this first episode, apart from getting a job. I thought she looked more natural. Her make up was lighter and so was her hairdo. Her clothes less extravagant. Did you notice that too?
Actually I saw the same thing with George. He wore very casual clothing this episode. We were used to seeing him in a button down shirt and tie.
I think this was all intentional to hint to new beginnings for the both of them.

That brings me to something else I thought was a bit inconsistent writing wise. After the Memory Matron "election", that Annabeth won, I thought the relationship between her and Lemon changed. Annabeth was not going to be bullied around by Lemon anymore. At least that's what I thought. Until this episode. The roles were reversed once again between Annabeth and Lemon it seemed. Although there was a sense of equalilty too when the two went house hunting. What do you guys think?

I totally noticed that too! She looked a little different from S1 Lemon, but I liked it. Her hairdo seemed more natural with the waves and all, very pretty

Ellen, that’s interesting, I loved the househunting scene, because it seemed like Annabeth was the one who told Lemon what to do for once. I think their relationship has changed even though it seems to reverse a little, but all in all, they are now more equal, probably also because they are both single and were left from their respective spouses/fiancées.

I also got the impression they were more eual by now. Didnt really notice any role reversal..and I hope it wont happen.
