It looks like she's someone who's been brought in to be a music producer or something & that she'll probably have ideas that the artist won't like.

She is a fish out of water in a way, she knows NOTHING about country music, yet is brought in as a Chief Strategy Officer.

I think there is an interview with her somewhere, I will try to find it.
