Definitely not a scarf person myself. And it's just odd to me that she would wear a scarf when she's wearing shorts.

A lot of people wear scarves for fashion, not necessarily for warmth. For me, that's my case because I live in Florida where it's 90° everyday, so I definitely don't need to keep warm wearing a scarf, but if it goes with my outfit, I will.
