I walked towards the cab and smiled as Van opened the door for me, I scooted in and waited as he entered, I noticed we sat closer than ever at this very moment. I looked at him with a smile as he asked his question; he always knew how to flatter women, especially me. He made me feel like I was the only woman alive, and I was loved dearly, he had some spell put on him that made him so appealing. "I'll agree when you ask me Van. Even though I know you could really treat a girl like a princess. You could make her melt in your arms with that special way you talk that sends chills down her back. And I defiantly know that you could charm the pants of her." I told him, spilling out everything I felt for him and have felt for him, I felt like I was under that spell he had and I was talking like a girl with a crush on a man she's know forever, and that is basically what I was with this man. With my Van.

I rolled over on the bed. I tried to ignore the fact that the light was now shining through the opened window. It was annoying. I could hear daily life taking place outside of the window. Why did people feel the need to mow lawns at this time of day? Stupid birds. I scowled slightly. I soon couldn't take it anymore and I sat up. I looked around the room for a second and came to the relization that it wasn't the room that me and Daphne shared.It was Gypsy's room. I left Daphne that night. I waited for her to fall asleep. I wrote her a quick note that told her that I was off seeing Drake and then I left. I didn't go see Drank. Not at all. I came here. I had to come here. Daphne was just weirding me out at the moment. I got strange vibes from her and I didn't know what to make out of them. It was best not to deal and just come back later. I liked coming here to Gypsy's place. I could just relax and forget things for a while. I needed that. I stretched my arms above my hand, feeling them pop slightly. I smiled before moving toward the edge of the bed. I slipped on some pants, moving them up. I zipped them up before pulling on the shirt that was laying on the floor. I headed into the bathroom and brushed my teeth. I had a spare tooth brush. Gypsy gave it to me. She said I needed once since I spent so much time here. It was like my home away from home. I smiled, knowing that. I was thankful for Gypsy in my life. She was always here when I needed her. She really deserved better but I loved it. I couldn't complain. If I didn't love someone else, I might could even love her one of these days. Maybe I already did...a little bit...but not like I loved Daphne. I could love no one like I loved her

I headed out of the bathroom after I used it quickly. I remembered to flush it and put the toilet seat down. I knew that really pissed Gypsy off when I didn't do that. It was kind of cute pissing her off, seeing how she wrinkled her nose up and all. It was adorable. I started heading out of the bathroom and stopped by the dressure. Apart of me wanted to call Daphne but I pushed that thought aside. She would ask questions and what if Gypsy spoke up then. My cover story would be blown. I couldn't risk it. I ran my hands through my curly dark hair before starting to head down the stares. I saw her and smiled as I noticed she was by the kitchen sink. "You cooked? I'm afraid now" I said with a small chuckle as I walked over to her. I wrapped my arms around her waist and kissed her cheek. I smiled at her before glancing over at the table. "McDonalds. Rock on" I said with a smile as I headed over there. I grabbed the bag and pulled out a egg mcmuffin. "You know what I like. It's scary" I said opening it. I started eating it as I looked at her. God, she was pretty...very pretty. Not Daphne pretty but she was very pretty. Very, very, very pretty

Daphne

I’d woken up this morning and Griff was gone, nothing different Griff was always gone when I woke up. I read the note he left me then threw it away. It wasn’t like it was a love note so I didn’t see any reason to keep it. Before I did anything else I went out to tell the guards that I was sleeping and I didn’t want to be disturbed. Because I wasn’t feeling well, I even tossed on a couple of coughs for good measure. Then I went and took a shower, got dressed and then headed out the back window. I had a full day planned. I wasn’t expecting Griff to come home anytime soon. Last night had been a rare occurrence. He was never home that early, most night he came in after I was asleep and was gone before I woke up. The only reason I ever knew he was there was because of those little notes he leaves.

I knew Griff loved me but when he left notes like that I felt like trash. Like he couldn’t be bothered to wake me up and tell me goodbye properly. Like he couldn’t wish me a good morning or kiss me awake, not like he used to. I slid out the window ad carefully as I could, this really was getting harder to do. I sighed with disappointment. That meant I had to come up with better ways to see Harrington or not see him at all. I wouldn’t invite him to the house. He’d be risking getting shot if I did that. The job would come in handy. Surely I wouldn’t be expected to have the guards with me then.

I checked around to make sure I hadn’t drawn any attention to myself before I finished sneaking off. Soon I was safely down the street. I debated if I should call Harrington to arrange a meeting. I chewed on my lip and looked down at my cell phone. Willing it to ring. Because I needed to be held and my husband was at work.

Tag Harrington if he wants her. If not I have something else planned for. Something that’s going to happen sooner or later lol but if Sarah’s willing not before some harrington/daphne.
