Okay so in the spirit of pumping some new life into this board, I was thinking of either reposting Daughters of Salem or making that Hotel California game a while back. Do you guys have a preference?

Also if anyone was gonna be around tonight I was thinking of posting one of those one shot only games set during Halloween with an easy profile and a jump in as soon as you post it kind of premise.

I'm all for any game that can be managed by like 3-4 characters because it seems that's all we're going to get with such a small pool of writers.

MYOC means "Make your own character"

That is generally the trend of the games on this board. We generally will have games set in the same universe as various television shows out there (Game of Thrones, Supernatural, True Blood just to name a few) ... but we create new characters for them.

That's just a personal preference on my part. I never feel I do the character any justice if I'm trying to write for a character already existing. I'd probably joint a SPN game though. I watched GH back in the day but it's been yeeearrssss since I've seen the show, so I'd be a little behind.

I was still thinking of making an easy Halloween inspired game. Something involving a mysterious owner of a house sending out invitations for a Halloween party. Could potentially involve some sort of weird "Someone has died/Who done it" kind of premise. Easy profile. Would just require name, age, pb and a Halloween costume ... just to kind of get things going on the board again.

Thank you for explaining. I don't do rp's like that, unfortunately. I only rp shows/characters I know. And to be honest, I'm not bothered if the player isn't playing the character in character. My main concerns are the couples and plot.

As for GH, all you need to know is that Liz is a lying wh*re who's keeping Jason from his mother, other son and wife.

Jason got amnesia a year ago and doesn't remember who he is. He's about to marry Liz, but Carly found out Jason's real identity and is gonna crash the wedding.

So I'm still up for either reposting Daughters of Salem or making that new game I was talking about earlier based on the Hotel California song/AHS: Hotel ... basically a game where the tenants/visitors are forever trapped there either by supernatural circumstances or their own vices.

Is there any interest in either of those games at the moment?

I ship a lot in Supernatural, probably too much, to be honest.
