"Right," he said softly as Joan semi-rushed out of the car. Kevin's eyes followed her for a second and when he saw that she bumped into Adam he looked away. He figured they deserved their privacy and that's what he'd do. He pulled out of the parking lot and drove back home, wanting to get a ten minute nap in before he headed to work. So that he did and his mom looked surprised to see him. "What? I'm tired. Wake me up in ten," he said as he propped himself up off the chair and then onto the couch. Luke
I rode up to the school and jumped off my bike. I pushed it over to the reel and started to wrap my bike with some wires than I put a lock on it. I than grabbed my backpack and walked over to the entrance of the school. I saw in the distance that Grace was walking over. " Hey there" I said to her. Adam I rushed out the door to my house and walked a few blocks down until I reached the school. I quickly passed by a few people until I bumped into someone. I looked over and saw that it was Joan. ' Great, out of all the people it had to be her'. I tried to speak but I couldn't think of what to say. I finally muttered the word 'sorry' and continued walk towards the building. ' Maybe I wasn't ready to forgive her yet' I thought to myself. |

I quickly left the house, trying to get away from my dad before he started talking. I got to the school and noticed Joan and Adam fighting. Or actually Joan trying to get him to talk to her. He really needed to stop being so pissy. __________________
