| Evolution | X-Men AU Yes, I am aware that I already have a sort of an X-Men RP started already, but this is different. It’s… Xavier High School! The plot is simple. All of the characters involved in this RP are canon characters like Storm or Gambit, but they will not be adults as they are in the movies or comics they’ve been featured in. Instead, all of the X-Men will be teenagers meaning that on top of managing their mutant abilities they will also have to deal with the pains of puberty. If your favorite character has been nabbed, look at the Uncanny X-Men website to find another character you might like. The Law There is no Boy/Girl rule being enforced, but if you take three or more characters you are strongly encouraged to make their genders vary. Make each post at least three lines in length. If it’s available, please use Spell Check. You may take up to five characters but no more. Profile Form Name: If it’s known, put your character’s given name here. Also, if they have a code name (like ‘Storm’ or ‘Rogue’) put it here. Age/Grade: 13 - 19 / Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, Senior Powers: I don’t care how brief you are just as long as everyone can understand you. Personality: At least six adjectives, but if you feel like it you can write a few sentences about them. TB: Your username! PB: an age appropriate picture that suits your character. If they have a strange appearance like Nightcrawler’s blue fuzzies you have the option of showing a regular picture of a person and noting something like ‘picture him with blue fur’ OR you can Photoshop a picture so it looks more like your character. She is a level five mutant which is unheard of for people her age! Her mind is her most powerful and deadly weapon. If she’s not careful it will control her on its own. For her own protection Professor X has placed barriers around subconscious parts of her mind that are too powerful for her to encounter, but Jean’s other personality *Phoenix* is fighting like hell to break free. The Phoenix is controlled by passion and rage where as Jean Grey approaches life with a stubborn, but ultimately sweet nature. Her life is a constant battle between good and evil and this entire war is raging in her own mind. TB: Kiss_Me_Kate323 PB: Jessica Alba  Name: Remy *Gambit* LeBeau Age/Grade: 19/Senior Powers: convert an object's stored potential energy into explosive kinetic energy upon contact, hypnotic charm causing others to trust whatever he says, and is extremely flexible/acrobatic. Personality: Flirtatious, seductive, energetic, keen, daring, passionate TB: Shempy PB: Ian Somerhalder  Name: Pietro Maximoff / Quicksilver Age/Grade: Eighteen / Senior Powers: The ability to move at superhuman speeds. Personality: Impulsive, Brash, Arrogant, Debonair, Headstrong, and Ambitious. Those are a few words to describe Pietro Maximoff, for whom life would seem in a word - a breeze. However being the son of the second most influential mutant in the world is no easy feat. Erik Lensherr (Magneto) has always had high expectations on Pietro and his sister and have they have often been on the receiving end of his pressure to use their powers to support his agenda. Despite his arrogance and obligation towards his father, Pietro isn't as morally deficient as Erik. He is simply conflicted between family loyalty and pursuing his own personal beliefs. TB: In Fair Verona PB: Quinn Allman  Name: St. John Allerdyce / Pyro Age/Grade: Seventeen / Junior Powers: The psionic ability to control fire. Personality: Brash, Wanton, Unrestrained, Depraved, Mischevious, and Pretentious. TB: In Fair Verona PB: Aaron Stanford  Name: Elisabeth *Betsy* Braddock (Psylocke) Age/Grade: 17 / Junior Powers: psychic mind altered to produce telekinetic energies, allowing her to levitate and manipulate matter with her mind, propel herself through the air, project protective force screens, and generate focused energy blades that can sever the bonds between molecules and disrupt neural relays; immunity to all forms of telepathy Personality: Betsy is a mass of contradictions, thanks to repeated mind-altering experiences and traumas she has suffered. On one hand, she is a gentle, caring woman who is protective of her friends and family. On the other, she is a ruthless combatant who will often instigate a confrontation that might otherwise have been avoided. She also shows an increasing willingness to sacrifice everything, including her life and those of others, in order to bring about a greater good. TB: Jezebel In Hell PB: Shakira  Name: Kurt Wagner (Nightcrawler) Age/Grade: 18 / Senior Powers: Nightcrawler's main power is that of teleportation. He can move himself and what he's carrying to nearly any location that he has seen. The farther he tries to teleport though, the more the risk he has of teleporting into a solid object. Nightcrawler teleports through an unknown dimension and leaves behind the smell of brimstone. This ability allows Nightcrawler to teleport in and out to attack his foes or make a speedy retreat. Kurt is also extremely agile and is a trained acrobat and gymnast. He has a prehensile tail that is extremely strong as it can lift a human being and support Nightcrawler's weight in his acrobatics. His feet also have a prehensile quality which he can use to hold himself up and cling to walls. Nightcrawler's blue fur allows him to blend into the shadows. This ability has also been tied to the dimension he travels to when he teleports. He can even appear to be in the shadows in broad daylight. Personality: Kurt has a gentle, playful aura about him. He is usually kind to those around him and might be considered the guy with the biggest heart at school. TB: Jezebel In Hell PB: Adam Brody (picture him with fur  ) Name: Carol Susan Jane Danvers (Ms. Marvel) Age/Grade: 17 (Junior) Powers: Superhuman strength, speed, endurance, reflexes, and durability, absorb electromagnetic fields, direct cosmic energy as concussive force, premonitions, flight. Personality: Carol loves to talk and will start up a conversation with anyone. She also loves to write with a passion, including anything from creative writing to nonfiction to poetry. She has a bit of a temper, so you wouldn't want to get on her bad side if it's at all avoidable. TB: pezzie PB: Elisha Cuthbert.  Name: En Sabah Nur / Apocalypse Age/Grade: 19 / Senior Powers: Metahuman strength, speed, endurance, and reflexes, megamorphic power allows him to assume any human form, grow to tremendous size, or reshape his body composition at will, discharge concussive plasma blasts, teleportation, absorb outside sources of power to increase his own abilites, techno-organic virus allows him to regenerate from a single drop of blood if necessary. Personality: Ruthless, Sinister, Omnimpotent, Sadistic, Corrupt, and Malevolent. TB: Kiss_Me_Kate323 PB: Eric Balfour  Name: Warren Kenneth Worthington III (Archangel) Age/Grade: 18/Senior Powers: peak human strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, eyesight, and hearing, hollow bone structure, zero body fat in his body, feathered wings allowing flight, healing power in his blood rejuvenates him and anyone with a compatible blood type it touches, carries a mystical sword Personality: Quiet, Elusive, Untrusting, Creative, Artistic, Sympathetic TB: Summernights PB: Charlie Hunnam (Picture with Wings lol)  Name: Anna Marie (Rogue) Age/Grade: 17/Junior Powers: metabolize someone's essence through physical contact, temporarily absorbing and duplicating their memories, skills and special powers Personality: Sweet, Charming, Friendly, Mysterious, Head Strong, Loyal TB: Summernights PB: Sophia Bush  Name: Alison Blaire / Dazzler Age/Grade: 17 / Junior Powers: Can manipulate sonic vibrations into various types of light; Can generate illumination, create realistic holograms, emit pulses or strobes to blind or disorient others, and fire laser-like cutting beams or "solid photon" concussive force beams Personality: An aspiring socialite of Hollywood, Alison Blaire claims that she can’t help but be manipulative. Yeah, she’s sweet and nice and she’ll pick up your books if you drop them, but when she wants something, she drops her own books to get it. Her strive for success and failure to yet achieve it has instilled a down-to-earth quality in her, one she prides in having. With her newfound powers and newfound awareness that others are like her, she feels passionate about using her powers to benefit the good, and seeing others do the opposite gets under her skin – even though she’s manipulative and would do the same to get by. She doesn’t see how the two compare, but nobody’s perfect! TB: BCD PB: Brittany Snow  Name: James ‘Jamie’ Madrox / Multiple Age/Grade: 15 / Sophomore Powers: Can create duplications of himself upon “rough” physical contact Personality: Most would probably assume that a guy with powers like Jamie’s would force himself into seclusion, fearing that any sort of physical contact would result in public stoning. Quite the contrary, Jamie can often be found bumping into things on purpose, just to get a rise out of the masses. He’s clumsy, goofy, constantly amused, and unusually intelligent. He’s never seen without a smile on his face or his worn out Vans sneakers. He’s everything you would expect a fifteen year old to be, pining after Jean Grey and Alison Blaire and watching Family Guy – all at the same time. TB: BCD PB: Kyle Gallner  Name: Laura Kinnley / X-23 Age/Grade: 15 / Freshmen Powers: Enhanced strength, speed, agility, stamina, and reflexes. Hyper-keen senses and healing factor. Adamantium retractable claws; 2 on each hand, 1 on each foot. No adamantium on rest of bones. Personality: Quiet, Instinctive, Headstrong, Trustworthy, Short-tempered, Responsible TB: GhostWriter PB: Avril Lavigne  Name: Noriko Ashida / Surge Age/Grade: 16 / Sophmore Powers: Siphons electricity from her enviroment and channel it into bursts of superhuman speed and/or eletrostatic discharges. Wears stabilizer gauntlets that help keep her powers under control, because, like Cyclops, her ability has no off switch and she'll continue to absorb energy until it overloads and explodes in an electromagnetic blast. Personality: Decisive, Impulsive, Expressive, Stubborn, Idealistic, Out-going TB: GhostWriter PB: Miho Hatori  Name: Jubilation Lee / Jubilee Age/Grade: 15 / Freshmen Powers: Prpjects plasma as either blinding light or concussive impacts in the forms of balls of light or tiny sparkle's. Personality: Adventurous, Out-going, Out-spoken, Stubborn, Fun-loving, Optimistic TB: GhostWriter PB: Utada Hikaru  Name: Scott Summers / Cyclops Age/Grade: 17 / Junior Powers: Absorbs solar energy and electvity in the air and then converts it into optical blasts of concussive force. (I decided to give him his off switch. He can now control them) Personality: Head-strong, Stubborn, Born-Leader, Adventurous, Trustworthy, Responsible TB: GhostWriter PB: Ricky Ullman  Name: Joshua "Jay" Gurthrie / Icarus Age/Grade: 16 / Sophmore Powers: Red feathered wings allow him to fly. He also has a healing factor and his voice is able to simulate mulitple singing voices at once and can have other sonic effects as well.
