It's dark outside. The moon's light is reflected off of the snow that blankets the ground and off of the ice-coated tree branches that hang down from above. There hasn't been daylight in over one hundred years. How could this happen? Some reckless girl, unaware of her powers, just happened to wish that the night, the night of her rather romantic date, would never end.
She died about fifty years after casting the spell but the eternal night still remains, giving solace to creatures and beings we never knew existed before. Now they are the rulers of this planet, either helping or wreaking havoc upon their human neighbors.

Name: Braeven.
Age: 2, 500.
Race: Vampire.
Theme Song: "Tie Her Down," Senses Fail.
Personality/History: Braeven was not always a vampire; in fact, most of the world's population of vampires didn't start out that way. They were transformed, killed and then disfigured into the living dead. It is a curse that Braeven almost wishes could be removed. Her story is similar to others; she was miserable, unhappy, and wished for death more than she could wish for breath. Even though she was an angel, literally. Unfortunately, there was no solution for her pain. All that she tried to use to fill that void ended up being in vain and nothing satisfied her. That was when she met him, the one who offered her an eternal life without pain. And Braeven whole-heartedly accepted. She was just so willing to be rid of her past and her heart-ache that she listened to the shadowed man who promised her a better life. And thus, she became a vampire. It is now that she realizes how much the pain in her angelic life was minimal compared to the trauma she faces each and every day as the living dead. But she does not show these emotions. She is cold-hearted, merciless, and ruthless. She kills to survive, she kills for sport, she kills for the sake of killing. It is her way of accepting her choices, however bad, and dealing with her troubles. The scent of freshly killed blood is the most appealing smell to her and she does not care who she gets it from.

Personality/History: There is a saying, “looks can be deceiving.” Nothing fits better when describing Carter. Upon first glance, there is an angelic and innocent face but look just an inch deeper and there is nothing but black. Being a vampire isn’t what magically ‘changed’ Carter into the evil he is currently. Even as a human he was a plague on society, a menace behind a peaceful face. Not much is known about his past. Carter himself probably wouldn’t be able to tell you if he wanted to considering it was nearly three centuries ago. But Carter has not been a mere shadow during the time he has been a vampire. Some of the things he has done in his vampire lifetime has been made into overly dramatized mythology and stories, which Carter can’t get enough of. He tends to be egotistical when it comes to his accomplishments over the years and he seems to grow more and more narcissistic with the turn of each century. It has also brought on the fact that Carter seems to have no superego to balance out his id. For those who don’t know, the id is the most primitive need for instant gratification of needs and wants despite consequences. But Carter isn’t completely reckless, in fact most who know him currently would say that he has hardly ever reckless. Carter was able to be reckless during the first century that he was a vampire. Now close to his third, it has gotten old. Currently, Carter is in search of something else to occupy his time and avoid boredom.

Once he locks eyes with you, it’s all over. Even his own kind don’t look straight at him, for fear of being bit themselves.

Personality/History: Before Dante was turned into a vampire he was a good, honest man working as a messenger. It wasn't really good money but, because he had no connections, he couldn't find any work that paid more. He doesn't remember why she chose him, but a very old vampire seemed to take interest in Dante. She sired him and took him under her wing only to spoil him rotten. He became bitter, selfish, and a bit of a user. He doesn't believe in love but he does love the opposite sex plenty even if it's just for physical purposes.

Personality/History: Kane doesn't trust anyone. He knows everyone in this world, mortal and immortal alike. It's all for the money, or the blood. You can't even trust your own kin in this universe.
Kane hasn't been involved with anyone in a long time. He's always on the hunt. He'd like to get involved with someone. It's not as though he's afraid of getting involved with someone, he just knows that some people deceive. And he doesn't want to get into a mess with love like he has in the past.
There were rumors, the reason why he liked to hunt, why he liked to make people nervous, why he intimidated people for fun. He was supposedly on a scheme, for some made up reason. He'd heard everything from his wife being killed and he was on the search for her murderer (he had never even purposed on anyone in his life) to his father pulling one over him and he was searching for him for revenge. Of coarse the rumor about his father was partially true. Kane did despise his father, no one knew why. And he liked to keep that little secret between him and his mother’s tombstone.
And then there was Kane's violent tendency. Well then again, it wasn't really a bad habit or anything, more like it's just fun. He liked a good fight. Humans were easy to push their buttons and to beat up, Kane didn't find much pleasure with a fight in his own species, he relied on werewolves for the best physical combat. They were determined, and strong, especially in their animal form. And, how Kane loved to get into fights with them. Of coarse he never seriously got hurt, he knew his limit. In addition he had seniority over most of the people he would fight with. Young werewolves had so much pride. But that could easily be put down in a little fight.
And then there were the Wizards and Witches. Kane had found that they aren't easily pushed by verbal abuse. Witches are feisty, and Kane wouldn't mind getting in bed with them, but he's never really found a determination to do so, he hasn't found a witch yet that gets his adrenaline going, and those Wizards they were smart, they didn't often rely on physical combat, they would use their charms and potions, and since Kane wasn't a wizard or have any defense mechanisms over charms and potions he stayed away from them.
Kane, even though he's heard of being Mysterious, is not at all quiet. No he's quite the loud one. Kane let's people know who he is and what he can do. He loves having advantage over people, he likes to intimidate people, and yet know he's not going to do anything, unless tempted.

Personality/History: He wasn’t born a werewolf, he was unwillingly made into one. It began when he was walking home after, what seemed like, the longest work day in history. He decided to stray from his usual way home and try a shortcut through the park. There had a been chased and bitten by what he thought was a dog at the time. He felt lucky that he didn’t get hurt too badly and continued on his way home. Brennen ignored the signs that he was changing. He didn’t even put two and two together, that it might have been the bite that was the cause of what was happening to him. Denial, as some would put it, was his sanctuary but it would soon betray him with the rise of the full moon. When a person changes into a werewolf, they are a different person. They are without control of their actions and everyone around them is vulnerable. Brennen hadn’t thought to take the needed precautions and it cost him everything in the world. That night is mainly a blur to him, though visions do come to him when he sleeps even to this day. Visions of his family and their gruesome deaths at his hands. Now, over a century later, Brennen is still haunted by what he did. It changed him forever. He is now very aware of his every action. No one has ever seen him angry or upset. Some may call him cold, emotionless, but he prefers to look at it as being in control. Control is something that Brennen stresses to achieve. He remembers what happened the last time he let himself lose control and he promised himself that he would never allow that to happen again. Even so, Brennen will never let himself forget what he did. Even unconsciously his mind reminds him of that day on a nightly basis in his dreams. During the day, Brennen keeps himself busy with any little task to divert his attention. Though his face still remains youthful, the strain and torture can be seen in his eyes. The one place where, through his controlled exterior, he is completely exposed. He is truly a tortured soul, unable to forgive himself for his sins.

Personality/History: Weylyn was not always a werewolf. Many of his kind were created, very similar to that of the vampire. However, unlike many of his kind and the kind of the vampire, Weylyn did not wish for this life. He had been living with his family; it consisted of his wife and three beautiful children. He had been married to the love of his life for five years, his children were all growing up, and his youngest child had just been born when the terror began. A werewolf happened upon their town and tore through the village. It killed many and transformed others. Weylyn was one of the unlucky ones; he wasn't killed. He watched his family be murdered and torn to pieces, even his newborn baby daughter. He was then turned into a werewolf by the creature that slaughtered whatever he had of his life. He remained as optimistic as he could, but found it extremely difficult with the corpses of his family littering the ground. He buried them the next day and swore that although he was a werewolf, he would destroy the one who killed his life and all dreams he ever had. On the nights of the full mooon where he uncontrollably transforms into a werewolf, he rampages through towns, searching for the one who brought the curse upon him.

That all changed, though, because the last lover he cared for was killed by a silver bullet. Now he's a bit more broody and much quieter.

Personality/History: Ashlee loves being able to transform into an animal. Even though she doesn't like that she loses most of her self control while she is a wolf she loves having the new senses she doesn't have in her mortal form.
Ashlee sometimes will take pleasure in being able to sense the fear she gives off to people, though she doesn’t thrive off of it she likes being able to intimidate people. She often wishes people didn't expect the worst from immortal beings like herself, they are really just like humans. Some are good and others are evil. She hated the reputation immortals had gotten, because of a couple bad seeds.
Ashlee loves her family very much, and she relies on her family and friends always being there for her, it’s the reason of her existence. She believes the best thing in the world is to be able to have friends and family who love her. She can always get over the prejudice with her family at her side. She's not even intimidated by Vampires when she is around her family and friends.
That's her one fear, Vampires. No matter how alike Vampire and Werewolves were, she didn't like Vampires. She has had terrible dreams about the species since she was a small child when she witnessed a Vampire lure a Human into an alley way, torture her and then suck the blood out of her body.

Name: Nyla Patel

Personality/History: Nyla has no idea who her real parents are. She has no memory of them, all she has is a necklace that was left with her when she was abandoned at the steps of a stranger. Luckily for Nyla those strangers were decent people who, though slightly reluctant, decided to take her in as their own. Though magic can be learned by a select few who were not born with it, Nyla was one who was born with the ability to do magic. Her powers, and just how strong they were, showed themselves at a very early age but her gaurdians decided to keep a secret. Even from Nyla who, as she grew older, had no memories of what she used to do as a child. Growing up Nyla always felt there was more to her life that what she had, that somehow she as destined for more. Of course, she was told that every child feels that way when they grow up. That everyone believes they are somehow more important than others, it is when a person finally grows up that they learn that they are not simply one special person but that they are apart of a group, a group that keeps the world spinning. Even so Nyla was always curious and in search of some kind of adventure. On more than one occasion it was almost life threatening, but she had no fear it seemed. She did not fear death but the unexplored. When she was sixteen, it was when her suspicions were proved correct. It was when she was sixteen that she discovered her powers, on accident mind you but she discovered them. Her gaurdians told her the truth, or at least what little they knew. It was then that Nyla had to make a choice, whether to stay where is was, a place of comfort or to search for the adventure that she had been hoping for. She decided she couldn’t just ignore the magical part of her, she had to know more. She left her home and went on a journey to learn more, anything she could. The funny thing is that what she was looking for found her instead. Nyla entered a late night restaurant for protection from the downpour of rain that had began out of nowhere, and as she sat in the corner with her glass of water she was approached by an older man. He questioned her about her necklace, the one that she had worn for as long as she could remember. It was her only connection to her parents. He revealed that he knew her parents, he didn’t know their current where abouts or whether they were alive. Saddened that he couldn’t offer her any of the information she had been searching for her gave her the address of a man that would be able to teach her about magic. When she appeared at his doorstep the next day her life of normal changed forever. Eleven years there she excelled in everything she was taught but she has more wisdom about her powers than most her age. Many wish to learn all they can for the power but Nyla knows that it is so much more than that. Word has spread of her, but everyone knows her by her last name Patel. The great Patel that is believed to be the greatest source of mystical magic in history, with still a long life ahead of her to get stronger.

Personality/History: Maggie's family tree is a very odd one. Her great great grandfather started a tradition of magic. He decided that all of his family members should be able to protect themselves from the evil that, in secret, surrounds them. He tapped into his natural ability and became a wizard. And so it went, generation after generation learning skills of the magical sort. Maggie isn't the greatest witch. In fact, she makes mistakes with almost every spell she casts. Of course, she likes to think of it as 'practice' and doesn't mind messing up now and then. There is one thing she has a handle on, though, and that's immortality. She's only vulnerable to magic and that includes death by a werewolf, vampire or even from a spell a fellow wizard casts on her.

Personality/History: Ryver has a prejudice against werewolves, he has since he has been a child. During 'teenage years', as humans call it. He saw his father and a werewolf fight to the death, sadly it was his father who died. The wolf also killed his mother for pleasure, leaving Ryver as an orphan. Ryver has sworn vengeance on the werewolf, and their race ever since. He absolutely hates them, though he knows many whom like werewolves, he has never, and is positive he will never like the species of the werewolf.
Ryver often keeps to himself, but he isn't anti-social. He is more like the studious type, and fighting type. He doesn't believe that any witch or wizard in the world who knows everything there is to know in the wizarding universe, and he wants to know everything he possibly can before finding the werewolf that he has sworn vengeance too. He's also kept his body in shape, even though he knew he is more likely to used wizarding then physical combat, but he wouldn't let anything come in the way of his final victory.

She’s told a few of her angel friends this desire, but they all laugh in her face. Aurora knows that being an angel in an honor, & she does love all the work she’s accomplished in her lifetime. The thing is, it’s not enough for her. After watching & helping humans with their lives, she longs to switch places. She dreams about falling in love & even the simple taste of a hot dog.

She's one of those angels that fights against the darkness and all of the evil creatures that come about with it. She's amiable and is not afraid of being tested or being confronted. In fact, she welcomes it with open arms. To her, it proves her strength and quick wit.

Personality/History: Ava is a bit naive, and denies it, even though internally she knows she is. She believes, and trusts people too quickly. She's often been told that she is too kind, and trusting to people. She's also been told that people will use her like that. She's been warned that she shouldn't trust people, but Ava can't help it.
Ava was taught to be a kind, and forgiving being, and so she has been. She has come across others, who have walked over her, have said things that weren't true, but it never affected her. "As long as I know the truth.", She often reminds herself when she gets angry. She doesn't like to let anger to take over her soul. Ava thinks anger only hurts the people who harbor the feeling. She doesn’t believe anger could help anyone overcome anything. And so she lived in peace, in kindness. She knew she needed to learn that everyone had two faces that they wore, she continued allowing people to tell her lies to her face, and falsely trust them.

Name: Gawin [pronounced Gavin.]
Age: Thirty-Eight.
Race: Human

Personality/History: Gawin was born to unwealthy, peasant farmers. They worked nearly the entire day and only had a few coins to show for it. Although Gawin did resent the people they worked under for not paying them more, he learned to contain his anger. But he found this to be more destructive that helpful. He loved his family, meaning his two parents, with his entire heart and was grateful for all that they did for him. But it was just never enough. Someone else always seemed happier than Gawin, someone was always rubbing their happiness in his face. And because of this, Gawin grew up very angry, very pessimistic, and very confused. Parts of him were thankful and thanked God, or whatever being was up there, for whatever he had at that point in time. Other parts of him yearned for a better life where he didn't have to worry about eating. So, when he was old enough, he became an apprentice to one of the wealthiest men in the town. He eventually succeeded him and is now earning one of the highest wages. But he still is not satisfied; he realizes that material possessions and money are not what he's been hungry for. But he doesn't know how else to fill the emptiness.

Personality/History: Faye was born into a real tradition middle class family. Her father was prepared to wed her off since she was born and her mother, Faye believed, was more jealous of her than she was loving. Faye, in her mother’s eyes, was just another thing that diverted Faye’s father from her. It was no secret that he was adulturous, everyone knew it but chose to ignore it. Faye never felt like she belonged in the family she was in. Her father was ready to marry her to a wealthy family so that they could reep the benefits and her mother regreted ever giving birth to her. But it didn’t keep Faye from trying to satisfy her parents anyway. She wanted to become something that her parents could be proud of. It wasn’t until years later that she learned that it would never be possible. Faye wasted years of her life doing what she thought her parents wanted. Anything they asked of her she did for them. She can’t say just when it exactly hit her. Just when it hit her that her parents would never truly love her like she wanted them to, it could have been the times that they would speak as though she wasn’t there or it could have been the many times they reprimanded her for no reason, but it was definitely a turning point in her life. Her father had a suiter set for her to marry and Faye did everything in her power to alienate him until he no longer wanted to marry her, no matter what her father offered him. Faye still bares the scars from her punishment for doing that, and it was nearly four years ago. Her life was nothing but something filled with hate, pain and emptiness. But she had nowhere else to go. She had to stay where she was until she was able to leave. Faye didn’t get to that point because her parents reached the point where they didn’t want the burden of having her around and kicked her out. It’s hard to say just what that does to a person. To have no one love you all your life. But how can Faye miss something she’s never had?

Personality/History: Ryver has a prejudice against werewolves, he has since he has been a child. During 'teenage years', as humans call it. He saw his father and a werewolf fight to the death, sadly it was his father who died. The wolf also killed his mother for pleasure, leaving Ryver as an orphan. Ryver has sworn vengeance on the werewolf, and their race ever since. He absolutely hates them, though he knows many whom like werewolves, he has never, and is positive he will never like the species of the werewolf.
Ryver often keeps to himself, but he isn't anti-social. He is more like the studious type, and fighting type. He doesn't believe that any witch or wizard in the world who knows everything there is to know in the wizarding universe, and he wants to know everything he possibly can before finding the werewolf that he has sworn vengeance too. He's also kept his body in shape, even though he knew he is more likely to used wizarding then physical combat, but he wouldn't let anything come in the way of his final victory.

Personality/History: Ashlee loves being able to transform into an animal. Even though she doesn't like that she loses most of her self control while she is a wolf she loves having the new senses she doesn't have in her mortal form.
Ashlee sometimes will take pleasure in being able to sense the fear she gives off to people, though she doesn’t thrive off of it she likes being able to intimidate people. She often wishes people didn't expect the worst from immortal beings like herself, they are really just like humans. Some are good and others are evil. She hated the reputation immortals had gotten, because of a couple bad seeds.
Ashlee loves her family very much, and she relies on her family and friends always being there for her, it’s the reason of her existence. She believes the best thing in the world is to be able to have friends and family who love her. She can always get over the prejudice with her family at her side. She's not even intimidated by Vampires when she is around her family and friends.
That's her one fear, Vampires. No matter how alike Vampire and Werewolves were, she didn't like Vampires. She has had terrible dreams about the species since she was a small child when she witnessed a Vampire lure a Human into an alley way, torture her and then suck the blood out of her body.

Personality/History: Kane doesn't trust anyone. He knows everyone in this world, mortal and immortal alike. It's all for the money, or the blood. You can't even trust your own kin in this universe.
Kane hasn't been involved with anyone in a long time. He's always on the hunt. He'd like to get involved with someone. It's not as though he's afraid of getting involved with someone, he just knows that some people deceive. And he doesn't want to get into a mess with love like he has in the past.
There were rumors, the reason why he liked to hunt, why he liked to make people nervous, why he intimidated people for fun. He was supposedly on a scheme, for some made up reason. He'd heard everything from his wife being killed and he was on the search for her murderer (he had never even purposed on anyone in his life) to his father pulling one over him and he was searching for him for revenge. Of coarse the rumor about his father was partially true. Kane did despise his father, no one knew why. And he liked to keep that little secret between him and his mother’s tombstone.
And then there was Kane's violent tendency. Well then again, it wasn't really a bad habit or anything, more like it's just fun. He liked a good fight. Humans were easy to push their buttons and to beat up, Kane didn't find much pleasure with a fight in his own species, he relied on werewolves for the best physical combat. They were determined, and strong, especially in their animal form. And, how Kane loved to get into fights with them. Of coarse he never seriously got hurt, he knew his limit. In addition he had seniority over most of the people he would fight with. Young werewolves had so much pride. But that could easily be put down in a little fight.
And then there were the Wizards and Witches. Kane had found that they aren't easily pushed by verbal abuse. Witches are feisty, and Kane wouldn't mind getting in bed with them, but he's never really found a determination to do so, he hasn't found a witch yet that gets his adrenaline going, and those Wizards they were smart, they didn't often rely on physical combat, they would use their charms and potions, and since Kane wasn't a wizard or have any defense mechanisms over charms and potions he stayed away from them.
Kane, even though he's heard of being Mysterious, is not at all quiet. No he's quite the loud one. Kane let's people know who he is and what he can do. He loves having advantage over people, he likes to intimidate people, and yet know he's not going to do anything, unless tempted.

Personality/History: Ava is a bit naive, and denies it, even though internally she knows she is. She believes, and trusts people too quickly. She's often been told that she is too kind, and trusting to people. She's also been told that people will use her like that. She's been warned that she shouldn't trust people, but Ava can't help it.
Ava was taught to be a kind, and forgiving being, and so she has been. She has come across others, who have walked over her, have said things that weren't true, but it never affected her. "As long as I know the truth.", She often reminds herself when she gets angry. She doesn't like to let anger to take over her soul. Ava thinks anger only hurts the people who harbor the feeling. She doesn’t believe anger could help anyone overcome anything. And so she lived in peace, in kindness. She knew she needed to learn that everyone had two faces that they wore, she continued allowing people to tell her lies to her face, and falsely trust them.

Name: Gawin [pronounced Gavin.]
Age: Thirty-Eight.
Race: Human

Personality/History: Gawin was born to unwealthy, peasant farmers. They worked nearly the entire day and only had a few coins to show for it. Although Gawin did resent the people they worked under for not paying them more, he learned to contain his anger. But he found this to be more destructive that helpful. He loved his family, meaning his two parents, with his entire heart and was grateful for all that they did for him. But it was just never enough. Someone else always seemed happier than Gawin, someone was always rubbing their happiness in his face. And because of this, Gawin grew up very angry, very pessimistic, and very confused. Parts of him were thankful and thanked God, or whatever being was up there, for whatever he had at that point in time. Other parts of him yearned for a better life where he didn't have to worry about eating. So, when he was old enough, he became an apprentice to one of the wealthiest men in the town. He eventually succeeded him and is now earning one of the highest wages. But he still is not satisfied; he realizes that material possessions and money are not what he's been hungry for. But he doesn't know how else to fill the emptiness.

Personality/History: Weylyn was not always a werewolf. Many of his kind were created, very similar to that of the vampire. However, unlike many of his kind and the kind of the vampire, Weylyn did not wish for this life. He had been living with his family; it consisted of his wife and three beautiful children. He had been married to the love of his life for five years, his children were all growing up, and his youngest child had just been born when the terror began. A werewolf happened upon their town and tore through the village. It killed many and transformed others. Weylyn was one of the unlucky ones; he wasn't killed. He watched his family be murdered and torn to pieces, even his newborn baby daughter. He was then turned into a werewolf by the creature that slaughtered whatever he had of his life. He remained as optimistic as he could, but found it extremely difficult with the corpses of his family littering the ground. He buried them the next day and swore that although he was a werewolf, he would destroy the one who killed his life and all dreams he ever had. On the nights of the full mooon where he uncontrollably transforms into a werewolf, he rampages through towns, searching for the one who brought the curse upon him.

Personality/History: Aurora isn’t your typical angel. What makes her so different? Well, that’d be the fact that she longs to be a human. She’s told a few of her angel friends this desire, but they all laugh in her face. Aurora knows that being an angel in an honor, & she does love all the work she’s accomplished in her lifetime. The thing is, it’s not enough for her. After watching & helping humans with their lives, she longs to switch places. She dreams about falling in love & even the simple taste of a hot dog.

Personality/History: He wasn’t born a werewolf, he was unwillingly made into one. It began when he was walking home after, what seemed like, the longest work day in history. He decided to stray from his usual way home and try a shortcut through the park. There had a been chased and bitten by what he thought was a dog at the time. He felt lucky that he didn’t get hurt too badly and continued on his way home. Brennen ignored the signs that he was changing. He didn’t even put two and two together, that it might have been the bite that was the cause of what was happening to him. Denial, as some would put it, was his sanctuary but it would soon betray him with the rise of the full moon. When a person changes into a werewolf, they are a different person. They are without control of their actions and everyone around them is vulnerable. Brennen hadn’t thought to take the needed precautions and it cost him everything in the world. That night is mainly a blur to him, though visions do come to him when he sleeps even to this day. Visions of his family and their gruesome deaths at his hands. Now, over a century later, Brennen is still haunted by what he did. It changed him forever. He is now very aware of his every action. No one has ever seen him angry or upset. Some may call him cold, emotionless, but he prefers to look at it as being in control. Control is something that Brennen stresses to achieve. He remembers what happened the last time he let himself lose control and he promised himself that he would never allow that to happen again. Even so, Brennen will never let himself forget what he did. Even unconsciously his mind reminds him of that day on a nightly basis in his dreams. During the day, Brennen keeps himself busy with any little task to divert his attention. Though his face still remains youthful, the strain and torture can be seen in his eyes. The one place where, through his controlled exterior, he is completely exposed. He is truly a tortured soul, unable to forgive himself for his sins.

Personality/History: There is a saying, “looks can be deceiving.” Nothing fits better when describing Carter. Upon first glance, there is an angelic and innocent face but look just an inch deeper and there is nothing but black. Being a vampire isn’t what magically ‘changed’ Carter into the evil he is currently. Even as a human he was a plague on society, a menace behind a peaceful face. Not much is known about his past. Carter himself probably wouldn’t be able to tell you if he wanted to considering it was nearly three centuries ago. But Carter has not been a mere shadow during the time he has been a vampire. Some of the things he has done in his vampire lifetime has been made into overly dramatized mythology and stories, which Carter can’t get enough of. He tends to be egotistical when it comes to his accomplishments over the years and he seems to grow more and more narcissistic with the turn of each century. It has also brought on the fact that Carter seems to have no superego to balance out his id. For those who don’t know, the id is the most primitive need for instant gratification of needs and wants despite consequences. But Carter isn’t completely reckless, in fact most who know him currently would say that he has hardly ever reckless. Carter was able to be reckless during the first century that he was a vampire. Now close to his third, it has gotten old. Currently, Carter is in search of something else to occupy his time and avoid boredom.
