Why is the show continuing to isolate the three families?

I don't think they are isolating the families, they all need individual stories too.

I thought that ep was okay and forgettable. Overall I'm not invested with any of the SLs though if I had to pick one, I think I enjoyed the Mitch/Cam SL the most.

I thought the episode was okay, not special really. Felt bad for Alex and them not believing that she had a boyfriend and a date...but that was pretty much everything I remember from it.

I thought Alex's story was funny, but also quite sad. She did have a boyfriend and none of her family even believed her. I liked the bit of her talking about her new boy and Phil and Claire just looking round her room

Mitch and Cam's story with their new sofa was all right but I dont see the point of buying such a exsquisite sofa with a child
