Yeah. From what he said it's like... she calls the shots and he's a bit like her tool because he'd do anything without blinking.

Oh that's so interesting, because I sort of had this image of him being the one in charge.
 Though I suppose if he wants to do something there's not much she can do to stop him. |

Probably not.
I think that while he may be calculating etc as well, she has more of a bigger picture in mind. And her way to achieve her goal may a little more... subtle. Okay... gotta dash for a bit. Need to get some groceries for my cookie baking  __________________

 I guess she has something that will make him listen to her and now I'm really intrigued by what that something could be. Is she blackmailing him maybe? Or does he just want to get it on with her and is acting like a good boy? |

That's why I think it could be blackmail, why would he do what she says, who made her the boss? Was she he leader of the old coven maybe? And that's why he has to follow her.
