The timeline here is all messed up. Brutus and Cassius were defeated by Marc Antony and killed themselves long before this civil war between Octavian and Antony.

Titus found Lucius and told him his children are alive!


Poor Antony. He's all banged up and cut up, and turning north to the mountains to set up camp. But Lucius wants to leave Antony's army to search for his family, and Antony is letting him. He's already lost too many men, so two more won't matter. He's also sent Titus and Lucius with a message and a warning to Octavian, not knowing that Octavian is helping Titus and Lucius.

It doesn't say. He was close friends with Octavian and later had three wives, none of whom were Octavia. Could just be artistic license.

OMG, Brutus is still alive? I'm pretty sure he was dead around this time in the history.

I remember when Brutus dies in the show but I won't spoil you.
They don't follow history and I am sure many people don't know the facts. When the episode is over you can let me a little more okay ?

Well, I only know what I read in Shakespeare and Wikipedia. I'm just noticing that the show is condensing everything into one narrative as opposed to spreading it out over years, like in the actual history.

Atia had Servillia kidnapped! What's gonna happen to her?

The show is only 2 seasons and they have condensed may things, as you see Octavian is a man while he was a boy 2 or 3 episodes ago !

And I think around this time there's a group of people in your homeland in Judea who are led by a man who is telling everyone to love their neighbors and enemies and all that stuff, and that men need to act better than animals.

See? I thought so. Titus was lying when he told Lucius that he slept with Niobe, he only said that to make him angry. He also told him about killing the guy Niobe had her child with. They're on their way to the slave camp where his children are being held. Titus has been to those places, and he knows that it's gonna change them.

Oh man, Titus is wondering what Lucius is gonna do with the boy that Niobe had with that other man. Will he kill him?

"Savages" are also not worse than the "civilized"
