TYFTNT, Arinna!
God, I had so may Lucrezia/Raphael feels, when I was watching the episode.  I love Lucrezia to death, but I want Raphael to meet Lucrezia again, smile and then dance into the sunset, singing "I told you so!".And Lucrezia basically being in a  sort of mood.As you can see I really liked the guy.  __________________

Luke Allen Gale is the guy (the new king) she should have married not Alfonso the wimp. I liked him since the first promo we saw him in.

I enjoyed the episode. I was pretty intrigued by the Micheletto/Pascal love connection and betrayal. It was obvious from the jump that poor Mich was entranced with the guy and following him around like a dog. I mean they even put a dog in the scene trailing behind Pascal just like Mich...too funny. He's obviously so starved for affection he was an easy mark. I can see now why he will be so devastated and leave Cesare. I also like the foreshadowing of the Rufio/Mich showdown. Again another reason I hope they have another season.
I thought the scene with Vanozza and Cesare was good. I like that when Vanozza said a French presence would end Lucrezia marriage that you couldn't tell if Cesare was down with that or remember what his sister said about not messing with her marriage. The Rodrigo Jewish connection is pretty interesting, though kind of bland. I'll be interested to see how that develops. |
