Interestingly Jeremy Irons has been cast in Assassins Creed Movie??

(I know little or nothing about these games but do know The Borgias seem to be typical villains or "bad guys" in this game?)

Yeah, Cesare and Lucrezia are in it,a and yes they're the bad guys and Cesare is a psycho and ends up...well...you know how.

But there's kissing and stuff

The movie must be great, I just don't see Fassbender in the assasin role. I'd chosen someone younger.

I love Jeremy Irons so much. I could listen to his voice for hours

This was such a great role for him ... I think one of my favorite movies he did was Stealing Beauty ... have you guys seen that one?
