Thanks. I'm glad I finally watched it. Yeah, I felt that it was a bit rushed at times, but I know they only have two hours to tell the story. But I did like Freddie and Mary's story. It's a shame how things turned out. The movie never mentioned that he left his estate in London to her, saying in a note, "You would've been my wife, and it would've been yours anyway." He also left her his ashes, and she's the only one who knows where he requested to be buried.

Yep, I already told you I saw the deleted scene with Crazy Little Thing Called Love on YouTube. Actually, Freddie came up with the idea for the song while he was in a fancy hotel bathtub having a bubble bath. I really wish they'd have kept that performance in the movie. It would only have added a couple of minutes to the movie.

Well, I'm not sure if he had it in 1985. He probably contracted it 1986 or 1987 from what I've read.

Well, Rami was born in Los Angles, California, so he's American with Egyptian ancestry, and a little Greek.

It bothered me too. They went for his mustache look a bit too soon. Well, they didn't mention in the movie that Freddie originally didn't like the song, We Will Rock You, when Brian played it for him. But he eventually was convinced.

OMG, Raimi was in Twilight? I totally forgot about him in Breaking Dawn. Well, that's not really one of my favorite movie series.

So my first experience with Jim Carrey was PRETTY WILD...
And it didn't stop me from having a HUGE crush on him when I was a little girl.
Just imagine, an 8-years old girl having a crush on Ace Ventura... Yup, I was a strange kid.

Me either! I've seen this movie about a week ago, on YT, without any subtitles (neither polish nor english)...
And I think that it's a miracle that I understood it in 100%!

They also didn't get to spend a lot of time on Freddie's family, especially his parents. I liked his sister. I couldn't believe that Roger was hitting on Freddie's sister right there during the family dinner.

Oh, I'm sure you'd like to see the bathtub scene. Bathrooms have good acoustics, so who knows how he came up with it?

Well, I don't think there's gonna be a second part. There's not much story to tell after Live Aid. Queen did the Highlander soundtrack and went on their A Kind of Magic tour, but they fell out of sight after that. They worked mostly in the studio nd didn't tour much or at all right up to Freddie's death. So that would be kind of boring and depressing. I remember when I saw Highlander for the first time and heard the music. I was like, "wow, I haven't heard from Queen in a while.

Well, I heard Freddie had taken a blood test for HIV in 1986 and was officially diagnosed in April of 1987. So who knows?


Well, only 2 minutes shorter. It was still not the kind of song that radio stations or record companies wanted. And I'm sure they would've told Freddie, "yeah, but you're not Led Zeppelin."

Yeah, well, they didn't have enough time for everything.

I wasn't a fan of the Twilight movies, to be honest. I watched them because Arinna liked the books, so I really didn't remember Rami in them. I preferred The Hunger Games.

You had a crush on Jim? That's cool. I first saw Jim Carrey in the 80s vampire comedy Once Bitten, before he got famous. He was really young in that.

But at first it was just a crush on one of his character, Ace Ventura.
This Jim's character was the first I ever saw when I was a little girl, sooo....
And I was very into his craziness.
I think that Ace is the craziest character of all Jim's characters.

My friend is not very pleased whenever I'm having a re-crush on Jim, especially when I'm talking about Ace Ventura all the time.
She told me, she would kill him (Ace) with a teaspoon, if someone forced her to hang around with him.

As for Once Bitten, I saw it like few years ago, and yes, Jim is so young and so innocent in this movie!
