Hi, Jem! You saw me? I'm sorry for posting so late, then. I must've missed you. I was on but posting elsewhere. Well, no worries because I made a new thread and Now I'm replying to you. Quote:
No need to say "poor you," because my team won the NLDS and they just won the first two games of the NLCS! I made a typo in my previous reply. I meant NLDS, National League Divisional Series. The NLCS, National League Championship Series, didn't start until Monday. They have a 2-0 lead in that series. Okay, thanks! Quote:

You're welcome! Ah, that's good to know. Glad you're back to normal. Quote:

Don't we all. And I think Aquaboy is too close to Aquman's son, Aqualad. But Oceanman is nice, or Oceanaut, or something. Quote:
I'm saying that's what Emma Stone's character said about him, right before she fell hard for him. Yep, the guy obviously works out. Quote:
Ah, okay. I guess I'll have to see for myself. Edward is a bit too emo for my liking. I mean, all of us guys can get angsty and emo, but Edward looks like he needed psychiatric help before he became a vampire. And feeding off of animals is something that many vampires in fiction have done before, it's just not nearly as sustaining as human blood is. But the older a vampire gets, the less blood he or she requires, at least according to Anne Rice's Lestat books. Quote:
Aw, okay. I'm sorry about that. Bugs and mosquitos used to bug me a lot, pardon the pun. But the last few years they haven't really bothered me as much. I can't remember the last time a mosquito bit me. I'm not bothered by bees anymore either. Cockroaches are still disgusting, though. Quote:
Do you wish TWD was more like The X-Files? I get all kinds of nostalgic for The X-Files these days. I remember how much fun it was when I first got into the show in the first three seasons. I wish I wasn't right about that. I wish movies and TV could be like they once were, and not just these streaming quick fixes that get cancelled after one or two seasons, or these uninspiring movies they make today. In the past, when I lost one show there was always another one to come along and take its place. That doesn't seem to happen anymore. __________________

What, wouldn't allow it? Is there an actual limit or did someone decide that threads should end on page 21? Thanks for the reply! And I replied to your post in the "What else are you watching?" thread. As for the OT one, I'll reply as soon as you reply there. Because I don't want you to have so many long posts to read and reply. By the way, check out what a nice Blanket Hoodie I bought! It's so beautiful and so warm! I LOVE IT!

I'm glad you like the title, Arinna! And I hope you feel better soon.
Hi, Jem! You just noticed the title now? Thanks, Jem! Yep, I'm on vacation from now until November 3rd. But eventually I'll be on a permanent vacation. Just gotta get out of here. Yeah, the damn server issues are still being worked on. I just hope they fix this soon, with the holidays coming up. Nice bitmoji, Jem. Very Hitchcock. Aw, thanks. Well, the limit for posts on any thread is 300, but it's not strictly enforced. We're just supposed to start new threads once we reach 300 posts, but we've gone over the limit before and nothing bad has happened, just as long as you don't go too far over the limit and make a new thread as soon as possible. I suppose if you kept posting on a thread beyond the 300 post limit, eventually a moderator manager would tell you to close the thread and start a new one, because they do monitor every board from time to time, although I don't know how often. For example, we had Christine's memorial thread stuck on the first page for years until moderator management suggested we unstick the thread and have a link to it in the intro opening page so that we could always go back to it. We never went over 300 posts on that thread, but it was topped on the first page for longer than they thought was necessary. Okay, thanks for replying to me on the other thread. I'll do my best to reply there soon. Aww, that hoodie looks adorable on you! And it looks very warm and cozy. __________________

Oh, then congratulations! And I'm glad you're happy. As for the typo, if you hadn't told me, I wouldn't have even noticed, I know as much about sports as an insect about the Internet... 2-0 lead? Nice. Quote:

And also some trailers and movie clips from me.. Quote:
I kept wondering why sometimes I see name Aquaman, sometimes Aqualad, thinking it's the same person, but he just changed his nickname... Yeah, Oceanman is pretty nice! ^_^ Oceanaut is also pretty cool. Quote:

And in Twilight there are vampire groups that feed ONLY on animal blood. And they stick to it because they don't want to hurt people. Wanna hear a fun fact about vampires from the Supernatural Universe? If a vampire has NEVER tasted human blood, he can be turned back into a human thanks to a special cure. Quote:

I envy you. I'm allergic, all it takes is one mosquito or a bee to bite me and I'm screwed... Quote:
Just as Aliens play quite a large role in The X-Files, the war between Demons/Hell and Angels/Heaven is the main background in Supernatural. And in both shows we have the so-called monsters of the week/month/season. And sadly this is what I miss in TWD. It has its main plot = fighting with zombies and surviving in times of apocalypse. It shows development of main characters and their experience in specific situations (including romantic relationships) and it's really well portrayed. But the same thing we have in The X-Files and Supernatural. Apart from that there is absolutely nothing... There is no such thing as a new zombie species or monster/supernatural threat of the week/month/season. I wanted some bigger plot twists related to zombies in TWD! Like why people started turning into them in the first place, where did this virus come from, maybe some zombies could evolve? Which I think they showed in the last season... Because some zombies could climb over various obstacles and also hit them with stones... Therefore, if I were to put these shows on the podium, Supernatural and The X-Files would be in 1st place, ex aequo, and TWD would be in 2nd place. To answer your question, yes, I wish TWD was more like The X-Files or Supernatural in some respects. Quote:

But currently I don't have enough energy for anything, so I prefer to watch this type of shows, because the longer ones simply tire me. Yes, they are great, I love them, but watching 10 episodes a day is exhausting! And yes, I could watch 2/3 episodes a day, but then I wouldn't have enough life to finish all these shows. __________________
