And that this show started to be very boring.

No , we just laughed that if we would mixed all these actors into a one person, then this would be my perfect boyfriend.
We don't want to create any monsters here! xD
But basing on my crushes from all fantasy movies and shows...
Like vampires, werewolfs, aliens (especially when they look like a young, blonde Jim Carrey in a movie Earth Girls Are Easy ),
or zombies (don't ask... )...
Hmmmmm, a nice, good looking monster could be an option too... #MeAndMyWeirdTaste.

Yeah, Empik is a pretty cool store.
I didn't know either, but this name intrigued me, so I had to find out if this has some other meaning.

Hi, Jemima!

Okay. I hope you enjoy the final seasons of OUAT.

Well, I guess Frodo was cute.

Your friends are correct. Riverdale was good in season 1, when it was like the classic TV show Twin Peaks from 1990, but the later seasons of Riverdale have been disappointing.

I'm glad I could make you laugh. But of course, I know what you mean. I've done the same at times, but most of the time I imagine a single woman that I'd like to be married to, like Elizabeth Hurley or Kate Beckinsale.

OMG, I saw Earth Girls Are Easy! When I was really young.
Zombies? I can understand vampires, but zombies? And I guess there are some monsters that are good looking.

I've only seen first season (and maybe second too, or half of it) and I agree with you.
But I barely remember what was going on there...

Oh, I see. I usually imagined how it would be to dating my current crush.

I've seen Elizabeth in one movie called Bedazzled (with Brendan Fraser), and she was so cool there!
I really like her acting. And she is very beautiful.

Are you remember a whole movie, or only some scenes?
First time I've seen it 9 years ago and I was like: "What the hell did I just watched? o_O"
But I love this movie so much! It's so funny and cool!
And Jim Carrey as Wiploc is extremely cute!
But only after Candy shaved him... I'm not into furry guys/aliens/etc...
He and Candy (played by Julie Brown) are my favorite characters.

They're not living, decaying corpses.

One character became a "zombie" because of some weird virus which started to turn people into something similar to a living corpse.
And 2nd and 3rd character are next generation of "zombies" who turned into "zombies" 'cause of some factory-accident from 50 years ago.
As a result of which some toxic fog was created that turned some people into "zombies".
And they look more like a Joker from Suicide Squad... Because their skin is very pale (almost gray) and they have green hair.

As for name Empik, it's a short from Elektronika Muzyka Prasa i Książki, which means Electronics Music Press (media, publicity) and Books.
But in communist period it was called KMPiK = Klub Międzynarodowej Prasy i Książki (International Press and Book Club).

Quote:
EMPiK chain began during Poland's communist period as KMPiK (Polish: Klub Międzynarodowej Prasy i Książki, the International Press and Book Club) owned by the Prasa-Książka-Ruch monopoly which financed the PZPR Party from its revenue. In 1991 it was acquired by businessmen Jacek Dębski, Janusz Romanowski (a former reserve police officer) and Yaron Bruckner, and given its current name. While initially it was partially owned by the Polish state, in 1994 it was sold completely by the State Treasury to Bruckner's Eastbridge N.V.. In May 2009 EMPiK had 134 stores in Poland and 23 stores in Ukraine.
Even I didn't know the whole story behind this store, wow.

Hi, Jemima! It's okay, just let me know when you get around to it.

I'm glad you like Elijah. I liked him when he was a child actor in the early 90s.

I remember the whole movie. I saw it on VHS after it came out. Jeff Goldblum and Geena Davis were married at the time they starred together in that movie. They'd previously worked on The Fly together. Yeah, I also remember Damon Wayans and Jim Carrey in that movie. This was before they were famous. Well, obviously after she shaved them. Oh, I remember Julie Brown as well. Man, I'm getting 80s flashbacks. The first movie I ever saw Jim Carrey in was a vampire comedy called Once Bitten.

Oh, I see. Yeah, there are lots of different types of movie zombies. Although, I did read that the reanimation of a dead body into a zombie was from a bacteria and not a virus. Ah, I see. Those pale zombies that look like The Joker. And yes, some of these zombies are created by some type of chemical as well. It depends.

Yes, I know there are.

I see. Well, I guess I'd be the same with one involving women.

I only got into the British stuff because my mom and aunt were into it. Mostly classic Doctor Who and Benny Hill.

Ah, thanks for all that info. It's interesting to see that the name was back when communism was still around. Believe it or not, even though I'm American I sometimes miss that time. I think because there was communism over there, it made us feel more appreciative of what we have over here.

Yeah, and I'll also have to let my mom know and pay her for the cost of the purchase, because it's gonna show up on our cable bill.

Thanks for voting, Jemima! This is the final week before it ends.

So if we can count his role in this movie too, then I saw two movies with little Elijah.

Yeah, it's always depends on a movie.
In "Warm Bodies" they were changed because of some weird virus.

Warm Bodies opens with a monologue from a young male zombie called 'R' (Nicholas Hoult).
He tells us that a virus has infected the world, turning people into flesh-eating zombies.

I wonder when is gonna be another voting.

By the way, I had a very weird dream about David.
It was like a movie, and he played Death/Angel of Death...
Kinda similar plot like in movie called "Meet Joe Black" with Brad Pitt.
And now I badly wanna see David playing Death or Angel of Death, or something like this, for real!

Hi, Arinna!

I checked those links:

David
The Most Handsome British Actors 2019 | Bestofthelist

Francois
The Most Handsome Canadian Actors 2019 | Bestofthelist

Holliday
The Most Beautiful British Actresses 2019 | Bestofthelist

And it seems like the voting is still going on, but only for David and Holliday. o_O
Voting for Francois is closed, I suppose. And he's fifth.

So I voted for David and Holliday again.

PS AAAAAAAAA, it's my one hundred first post on this forum!
And I can finally change my avatar to that one I'm always using on other sites! YEEEEEY!

Sorry it took me so long to respond. I was kinda busy yesterday. I hope you're doing okay. Europe is getting hit hard by this coronavirus.

I saw Deep Impact. I never saw The Good Son, but I heard about it. Yeah, that was intense. The movie I first saw him in was Radio Flyer. That was also shocking in the way it portrayed child abuse. OMG, Elijah was in Back To The Future Part II? I never knew that.

Yes, I did see Bedazzled.

Yeah, but sadly Geena and Jeff divorced a few years later around 1990-1991.

Thanks for that link! Oh yeah, wiploc had that long tongue.

Thanks, Alex! It's ok.

As for virus, well, not only Europe...
In my country, they currently ordered all the cinemas, museums, theaters to be closed.
In general all places where a large number of people gather.
Plus they told people not to leave their homes. Of course, this only applies to those who don't have to go anywhere.

I only have a slight cough, but it's because I'm allergic.
I don't have a fever, I don't feel a cold taking me down. My family and friends are also healthy.
So everything is ok for now.

You mean that movie "The Good Son" was intense?
If yes, then I 100% agree. I was shocked that child could act like this (I'm talking about main character played by Macaulay Culkin).
But I was even more shocked by how this movie ended.

By the way, I first read "insane" instead of "intense"...
But word "insane" can also describe this movie, I think.

I've never heard about this movie, but I checked it on Filmweb and I see that Joseph Mazzello also played in it!
I remember him from movie Jurassic Park, and he also played John Deacon in Bohemian Rhapsody!

I so hate child abuse.

Yup.
But it was VERY small role.

Yeah, I know.
When I watch a movie with them, I smile at the thought that they were married at that time.
But at the same time I'm sad when I think about that they divorced.

You're welcome.

Yeah, that tongue...
Those girls were weird.
I mean, they saw such an unnaturally long tongue and they didn't freaked out...
I know that they were horny, and they were turned on by the length of his tongue, because french-kissing and all this stuff...
BUT COME ON! I would be VERY freaked out.

I think that in "In Living Color" he KINDA had some few normal roles.
That was that time when he balanced between "normality" and "wackiness".

Thanks for the link.
Yes, he played main character, a zombie.
And he was kinda cute in that role.
Creepy as f__k, but cute.

I love him in X-Men, especially in X-Men: First Class!

ME TOO! And I need it!
David as a sexy Grim Reaper... OMG, I WANT THIS!
But sadly David doesn't play supernatural characters, does he? He never did.
The only supernatural movie I saw with him, was Cold Skin.
But even there he played pretty normal human being.
