You're completely right. I know some viewers loved Caterina and were OK with her and Cesare but never shipped anything. I know others that just wanted Cesare to do his goodies and were mostly fans of the character and I also know some that were fans of Micheletto and shipped him with Cesare but never to the point of hating on C/L.

Yeah, I agree.
You didn't see many people that upset with Lucrezia being with Paolo or Cesare being with Caterina. They did get upset when Cesare was with Ursula or when Lucrezia was with that painter moron.  __________________
