Yes Nina, you are correct about me shipping Eva/Noora but that's not the one I'm super frustrated with, I'm like that for Eva/Eleonora (the italian version) because even tho I thought Noora and Eva from the original SKAM had great chemistry I think the italian chicks have EVEN MORE.

If there's a SKAM Mexico first ... I don't know who can be in it, second, anyone coming out as gay would definitely change that season... there's a lot of homophobia in my country.

About William, I don't like the fact that you keep kind of blaming Dolores for William becoming who he is Alex.

Dolores is a robot that HAS feelings because in case you didn't pay attention, she wanted her original father to be OK and wanted to get him back at the end when they took him. SHE DOES CARE just not for the rest of the humans who participated in creating the park.

I think the problem here is I take the hosts behavior as reasonable/understandable and I feel bad for them. Looks like you don't really care because well they're machines right? Let's not compare Wyatt with William, Wyatt did what she did because she was programmed to do so and now is doing what she's doing to defend her people and herself from humans.

William did what he did because he was "heartbroken" ... you do understand that if William changed so suddenly when he couldn't find Dolores was because he was actually a bit messed up in the head since the beginning right? he didn't go on a murder rampage BECAUSE of Dolores, Dolores is not to blame for his behavior after he came back as Ed Harris. William might be a great guy with kids outside the park, he might have been a great father and husband... but part of me makes me think he wasn't great as either. We can't know who he really is outside because we haven't seen it, we have just seen him inside and inside he hasn't acted well for any of the hosts and he kept having problems with some of his co-workers.

May, I never said that what happened with William was Dolores' fault. :( I apologize for the misunderstanding. When I mentioned the "killing spree" that William went on, I was referring to the one after Dolores disappeared. When Logan cut Dolores open in front of William, and in the scuffle Dolores got free and William told her to run and that he'd find her, William scoured the entire park looking for her, and later on found out that Dolores had been captured by Confederates. When he questioned one of the Confederates about her, the soldier told him that the other Confederates had raped Dolores, and that's what sent William off the edge. He began killing and slaughtering hosts as he made his way across the entire park looking for Dolores until he finally found her back in Sweetwater, her mind reset to where her narrative begins and having no memory of William. William had already gone too far to come back after that, the rage he felt about the other hosts gang-raping Dolores combined with her not remembering him.

Oh, and it's also worth nothing that Dolores had been assaulted and raped by other hosts(and possibly other guests) during her time in Westworld while she was acting out her "farmer's daughter" narrative. So who's fault was all of that? Ford's, that's who. It's not Dolores' fault that she couldn't remember William after her memory had been reset(although it seemed like she did remember him when they saw each other at James Delos' retirement party), and nothing that happened was Dolores' doing. William had nothing to do with the park prior to his marrying Logan's sister. This was William and Dolores getting caught up in something that was beyond their control, mostly the result of Ford, Arnold, and Logan, who were primarily responsible for the park's creation and funding. Those are the guys I blame the most, although Logan eventually began to feel remorse when he discovered what the real plan for the host technology was and that the Delos executives were "fiddling while the whole species starts to burn."

I don't subscribe to the idea that William was somehow messed up from the beginning because we see him as a genuinely decent guy at the start of the show. And William did believe that Dolores was different and that she was capable of having feelings. I'm just saying that William becoming the Man In Black was another tragic result of Ford and Arnold's machinations, just as Dolores' "Wyatt" program was. I'm not blaming either of them for what happened because it was mostly Ford's doing.

All for the UC ships here plus as I said, maybe there is hope since like I said I read that the German and the Italian version are supposedly going to deviate much more from the original than the French one. I haven't bothered with the U.S. version tbh. I mean, I acquired the two episodes that aired but I'm a bit like... what's the point? Mainly because we all know about high school life and graduation rituals in the U.S. by now... they also do not deviate so much from state to state if a student in Texas talks to one in Vermont about the SATs they're both talking about the exact same thing whereas school and traditions etc. are quite different if you compare Norway to Italy or even France to Germany. Ultimately like with 'Skins' – I thought the U.S. version was only good when it deviated signifcantly from the UK version, e.g. the Tina episode. So if I'm honest if they needed to expand the franchise further I'd rather have a SKAM Mexico or a SKAM Bulgaria tbh, I think the market is oversaturated on U.S. high school drama.

Blimey, I'm three episodes out and I'm kind of angst-y again. I want Sana and Noora to fix their friendship!

May - yeah, William improved for a minute or two during Noora's season, then went back to being an arse, I guess. :lol: Three more episodes and I'm through with the original but I'm so tired I'm not sure I'm going to make it tonight... I gave up on 'The Originals' long ago... I always thought there was so much wasted potential by not making it more of a period piece.

ETA: Finished SKAM, the original, and William came back for Noora so that was nice of him.

The Originals is a terrible show, it starter terribly, it continued to become decent and then it went to hell and is now officially worse than season 1 :shrug: but I can't help to ship Klebekah.

Hi Alex, I did. I appreciate you explaining because most of your comments felt like "Hey this is what happens cause Dolores didn't recognize him" and that bothered me :lol: but I agree, it is Ford's fault for the most part, all this was his idea and he continued with the project even after Wyatt killed Arnold. You know in all honesty, watching the second to last episode of this season of Grey's and I actually want April to die now. I loved her character so much and I loved the Jackson/April relationship so much. It would make no sense for her to live to be honest. I'd hate for the show to go on and Jackson being in another relationship already makes me feel sick so yeah... I'd rather just she was dead. :no: Which I guess is funny because we usually go, please please don't kill my favourite character etc. Urgh at the whole thing with Matthew they try to shove down our throats again. Meh.

Caroline is coming in for like 4 episodes this season, she's been in 1 so far, she'll come back soon and she might be in the last two or something. Couldn't care less tbh :shrug:

I only keep watching for the Klebekah and because all in all I still like the relationships between Rebekah/Elijah and Elijah/Klaus as well. I don't mind Kol either.

Nina, I love the angst so that doesn't bother me is just that I couldn't care for William when I tried to watch some of their clips I liked Noora and I thought she deserved better :shrug:

I just watched SKAM Italia and holy hell the modified the episode a little bit at the end and had Eleonora come out to defend Eva at the end shouting at the girl who slaps her and then holding Eva :love: I CANNOT. I am doing this to myself.

Also in other depressing news, seems casting for some new Jessica Jones characters have come up and one of them is described pretty much as a TRISH 2.0 but without the childhood trauma and the money. Literally. Makes me think she might be the new Trish and if that's true is because they're definitely making the situation with real Trish worse or they're killing her at one point. I HATE EVERYTHING.

I don't think they're just replacing the actress if that's what you mean. They added some real heavy stuff for Trish in season 2 and she's officially HATED by most viewers now so it just makes sense if they turn her into a villain instead of trying to redeem her? Nothing is for sure but there is a new female character who's described pretty much as S1 Trish or at least as how Trish used to be with Jessica in season 1.

Makes me feel she's coming in to meet Jessica in season 3, although it could be that she's coming with Jeri or Trish herself but I doubt that.

OMG, Fox cancelled Lucifer? :eek: Damn, Arinna's not gonna like that. But it is typical of Fox because they have a history of cancelling shows. Remember Firefly? I just hope they don't cancel The Gifted after it comes back next season. I want that show to last. I hope Gotham got renewed as well. What else did ABC and FOX cut? Do they know if there will be another season of The X-Files?
