Well, I've seen everything you mentioned . "The Pillars of the Earth" and "Victoria" are my favourite ones xD. I totally love these two tv series xD.
I watched "Pillars", like, six times already xD, and "Victoria" three times xD. Funny thing, I found out about "Pillars" thanks to Eddie Redmayne and I totally fall in love with his character Jack. As for David's character, well... William Hamleigh is pretty good looking, I would even say devilishly hot xD, but his personality is outrageously disgusting. Whenewer he appeared on screen I wanted to strangle him by my own bare hands, but on the other side I was thinking:
"Good God, he has such a beautiful eyes, hair, smile, hands, EVERYTHING! Oh why he must be sooooo evil! -_-"
As for "World Without End" and "Bonekickers" I only saw episodes with David .
As for "Ripper Street" I only saw first season, but I'm planning to watch the next ones, someday xD. By the way, David looked so cute in "Ripper Street", even with that weird ginger/orange hair . His character, Victor Silver, was so charming at the beginning, but it's David, so it's no wonder that he revealed as an evil bastard -_- .
I've also seen movies: "Truth or Dare"/"Truth or Die" (2012), "Love by Design" (2014), "Cold Skin" (2017), "Studniówk@" (2018), tv series: "Trinity" (2009),
and one episode of "Endeavour" (2013), the one with David of course xD.
Yes, I'm weird xD. When I have a so called "celebrity crush" on actor (I call it "bzik" or "faza" in polish xD, but I really don't know how to call it in english xD) then I watch almost every single movie and tv series where this actor played xD. And as for tv series, it sometimes happens that actors played only in few episodes, so for example when my current "celebrity actor crush" played only in one episode out of ten, then I watch only this one episode xD.

Yeah, I felt sorry for Rose. Then again the whole thing was torture to begin with because I felt heartbroken for Bennet though I also understood her trying to distance herself from her former life, which is why she looked for love in all the wrong places and fell prey to Victor but then it was always clear that Bennet truly loved her. I really liked the show as a whole, though the ending was heartbreaking as well but I won't spoil you.

I don't know what it's called in English not just because it's not my first language either but also because I'm not really up to date with fan culture. I know that on twitter people "stan" actors, singers, media... according to Urban Dictionary:

Stan means you look up to that person, you watch them or you truly love their content. It's another word for saying you idolize someone or something. You would say, "I stan _____" instead of I "I love that person"

But it's all a bit too "millenials" for me... I still remember when people talked about fangirling over things.

I haven't watched "Trinity", what is it all about?
