With a better screenplay.

Me too but not with Lucrezia poisoning Cesare or Cesare having sex with Micheletto

No, definitely not that. And did that happen in the Apocalypse script? I didn't read the full synopsis.

If I remember well there was something along these lines. She was quite afraid of Cesare too.
There is a scene in the bathtub between Ces and Mich. |

I think I remember the bathtub scene, but I didn't know there was any sex there.
And why would Lucrezia be afraid of Cesare? Did Jordan not know the history between these two at all? She was never afraid of him. __________________

Not sure about the sex, but there was something weird between these two.
I agree with you about Lu not being afraid of Ces. |

Yeah, that's what I think I read. Mich walked in on Cesare in a bathtub, but I don't think the two had sex. That really doesn't make sense as it doesn't fit Cesare's character.
And when had Lucrezia ever felt afraid of Cesare? Didn't she tell him in season 3 that she only feels safe when he's around? __________________

Yes, she never felt threatened by Cesare.

NJ did everything in that awful apocalypse script to destroy Lu & Ces's relationship. He spent 15 years researching the Borgias, so he knew they were bonded and loyal to each til the end of their lives. Ces even risked his life from prison in Spain to write coded letters to her and she was devastated by his death. Maybe NJ wrote that script as a parody, but since he's kept quiet about his intentions, we can only speculate.

But it's good the show ended in the way it did.

Yeah, I guess, Arinna. I still would've liked to see that ending where Cesare lies dying on the battlefield while Lucrezia reads aloud his last letter to her while flashbacks of their memories together flash on the screen.
