I'm not sure how I feel about the episode. I think the stupid new boss lady was such a buzz kill the whole episode it was distracting. Then in the end low and behold she was working with Prat.

Then on top of all that the promo left me confused... I really hope they don't make James end up being a bad guy because then this whole season will have been pointless in my mind. Its already my least favorite... I'd rather not end up pointless.

However, I did love the moment where Neal talks about why he doesn't have any original pieces of his own. It was good to understand why.

So the new boss is in Pratt's pocket. I wonder what that means for that position once that is revealed.

Using the floor buffer was ingenious. Neal kept his word.

I think James is going to mess everything up next week. He is very impatient and impulsive. He is reminding me of season one Neal.

I miss Jones tonight. El and Diana were barely in the episode.

Those are my only complaints.

I'm hoping Neal is keeping an eye on the new boss too..(hopes hopes)

I'm so much irritated with James now that i can barely think he is Neal's father

She was just so grating. Then on top of it all in the end she really was in Pratt's pocket. I was honestly hoping she just turned out to be one of those people to busy protecting their job instead of actually doing it.
