Interesting question

Diana is in many ways like Peter..Like we saw yesterday's episode of her giving him permission without the warrant

and the fact she scares him too is an added bonus. which will keep him in line..and not to bend the rules like he did with Peter
and she definitely calls him out on his crap

Having said that Diana doesn't have that many sources or contacts that if Neal does screw up so i don't know

it can work out, i guess

I was thinking about it, since they kinda sorta went there with Neal saying: "As your CI ...", which Diana of course protested.

I doubt the show would go there, I'm sure Peter will always be Neal's handler, but I just thought could it be possible for Neal and Diana to work together. TBH I'm afraid they would end up killing each other sooner or later.

Diana has less patience when it comes to Neal's antics but maybe having a baby must have increased patience

and yeah the show won't go there but its interesting to think

I`m also very happy to see Neal and Diana back together in the last few episodes of the show. They definitely haven't lost their touch with the bickering. Hopefully USA will renew the show for a 6th season so that we can see Diana looking for Neal. You know that she's going to be very worried about him being out there somewhere and will do whatever it takes to bring him back home.
