Slowly but surely. I think next season will finally shake things up in regards to his incestual relationship finally...I mean hopefully They can't have Jaime be "stuck" forever never changing his mind about Cersei. That would be boring. Time to move on and push the story forward.

Aw, you should check their chapters, there are many great moments.
FlowerOfCarnage, that quote. Always gets to me.
I think GRRM invested too much in their story (individual and combined) not to give them a great arc. I mean, A Feast For Crows was THEIR book in so many ways. They can still die, but I'm positive they'll get resolution and a great send-off.

It did look to me that something might be going to it in s3, I hope to get the same vibe once Brienne is back and they reunite again

I think so too Plucky and GRRM did also say that Brienne's story still had ways to go so that gives me hope that she's going to stick around awhile longer. and the fact D&D also invested time on them and didn't mess up J/B's story in the show gives me hope that they will reunite regardless of whether LS will appear in the show. Then again who knows with D&D
