Yes the scene with LF, Bran did hint at him that he's on to him. But Bran still should fill Sansa and Arya in on it. which would cut down on the confusion between those two as well.

Bran probably doesn't want to change things too drastically it could affect everything and make things worst.

Well the Night King has had a lot more experience at this than the kid Stark. Also if the former three eyed raven couldn't save himself, why do you think Bran will be that much better.
