Yes, that's Morgana, she is my choice for older Arya too, and funny thing, Katie McGrath actually dated Joe Dempsie.

I don't really know how to explain it, but somehow Arya sitting there eating...WHILE SHE WAS CHECKING GENDRY OUT just added to the sexiness of the scene, like, "yes, Arya grabbed her popcorn to watch the sexy show!" Did anyone else get the same vibes? I mean, why make her be eating as she's watching the abs fest?
