Yeah! Jaime is now leading a full army and is the head of a very important house so I think he will play a key role next season.

I think he won't leave Cersei immediately at the start of the season. Jaime is honorable and cares about his family. He will try to save Cersei from madness , he will try to stop her but he won't succeed then he will leave. Dany isn't a good choice for Jaime too. He killed her father and will believe Dany is as mad as her father. May be Tyrion will try to bring him around on condition that Dany pardons Jaime and not kills him.
