I feel the same way. I love the show and I know that because the books aren't finished and because of changes made since the beginning of the show, things will be different as the show story goes on. I've made my peace with that. BUT I want to read GRRM's story the way he wants to tell it. I don't want it influenced by the show or rushed. He's such a chill guy, I'm sure it won't be.

Whenever I feel mad about the wait I think of the poor people who have been book readers since the beginning. IN THE NINETIES. He started writing a Game of Thrones in 1991 and it wasn't published until 1996! There are people who have been waiting for this story to finish since 1996. I've got nothing to complain about. He's always been a slow writer. LOL!

^ True! The show and the books are caught up now. GRRM still has one more book to write and publish. He wants everything to be prefect for the reader. Yet, I don't care where D&D goes with the story as long as it stays true to the character's storyline.

I kind of wished for them to keep the Lady Stoneheart storyline.

I agree! I think after the Red Wedding, having Stoneheart really helped to balance the story. I wanted revenge so badly.

But they have such limited time. And I have to say that as a Brienne fan... I'm happy that some aspects of the Stoneheart story are not included.

My sister still thinks Lady Stoneheart might show up. But no...

I miss Lady Stonehearts sweet sweet revenge. I have this fantasy that Lord Frey will die without an heir. LOL!

The same here. I love to see Stoneheart take down his family one by one and leaving him for last.
