Oh I think some characters are for sure safe, and if they're gonna die, it'll be at the end of story. I think Dany is one of these characters.

Well, Martin's wife likes Arya and she told him not to kill her so basically I predict she won't get killed till the very end or even she'll survive the entire series. Tyrion too, I don't think he'll kill him before the last book

Not really. I think it would lose its shock factor and people would just wait for him to come back and get mad if he didn't.
