I admit that I always found the whole Night's King theory to be really appealing since to the children of the forest, 2 years wouldn't be "long ago" considering they're hundreds of years old. And well...I'd like to think Benjen's alive as himself and that the books wanted us to think Coldhands was Benjen without actually making him Benjen.

I'm rereading the whole series, but I haven't read ADWD yet. TBH, I didn't love AFFC. So I'm not sure how I'll get through ADWD.

I just read two chapters but it was way easier and more interesting then the fourth book As Martin put it in his own words in the ackknwoledgement of it "This one was a b**" and yes he was right.. the first half was really annoying to read

We didn't actually see a meeting, but when he arrive in Pentos it's in his home that Varys open the crate that Tyrion was hidden at.

Thank you.. I was confused because I thought they were there but couldn't remember Illyrio.. though I have to say it's a pity.. their Meeting is quite funny in the book
