Am I the only one who thinks Sir Ilyn just needs a hug?

Quote of the night goes to Tyrion for: "Those are brave men out there! Let's go out and kill them!"

Win or lose, you have to admire Stannis for his sheer determination. That dude is hardcore. Does anyone know who that was holding Stannis back? Was that his people,or was he capture by the Lannister ?

What happen to Davos? I saw him fall into the water. But I hope he isn't dead.

Loathe The Lannisters but Peter Dinklage & Lena Headey were unparalleled tonight

What happened to Joffrey after he fled the battle? He clearly did not end up with Cersei.

The two best quote in this episode

On Stannis:
I stand a better chance in seducing his horse -Cersei

"These are brave men knocking at our door...let's go kill them!" - Tyrion #black

Did anyone else find it unusual that Bronn and the Hound having this sudden animosity to the point they'd almost kill each other.

Went to his chamber with his tail between his legs.

Tyrion, leader of men, if they like it or not.

They had one from the moment they saw each other if you recall way back... like the second episode? The butt heads from the start... I honestly think it's just a really extreme pissing match.

Awesome episode!

Drunk Cersei did it for me

That wildfire scene was amazing, wow.

Also the hound was funny too, cursing out everybody in sight.

The episode last night was awesome. Best battle since the Battle of Helms Deep in LOTR Two Towers IMO.

All the ships being destoryed by the wildfire was freaky awesome

I think my fave line was when Tyrion thought that they had beaten the enemy back and then he saw them all charging towards him and he said "Oh F$$k"

Cersei got drunk and Sansa was the one keeping people calm, i know who i'd rather have as queen.

Even though Robb, Jon, Arya, and Daenerys weren’t in it, I still liked this ep.

Tyrion!!! Stand up!!!

OMG! Is Liam Cunningham’s character dead?? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Awesome work, Lena Headey! You never fail me.

Cersei was a drunken idiot babbling and I loved every minute of it! And OMG that moment with her son!

Sansa is finally growing a vagina.

God bless Shae.

I’m not a fan of medieval battle scenes, but this one was very well done. I was holding my breath the entire time!

And that explosion! HOLY ****!

At first I thought the riders were from Team Robb, but no, it was Team Lannister. Hmph. All this time I thought Tywin was going to fight Robb. Smart move. I hate you again.

I don’t know how to feel about Hound. He scares me. I guess that’s a feeling.

Him and Bronn. Yes. I love their animosity - but... where'd it come from?

LOL the eunuch wants to tell the story of how his penis got cut off. To Tyrion. LMAO!

Joffrey will forever and always be a stupid, useless assbutt.

So Stannis is going to be beheaded?

I can’t believe it’s the season finale already! More eps, HBO!!! You’re ****ing rich!

SO EXCITED FOR NEXT WEEK!!!

EVERYTHING was perfect about this ep.

Seriously, I was very excited before watching it and it did not disappoint at all TYRION, you are my hero This little guy did so much to save the city, he earned respect of every single man in King's Landing, not to mention Joffrey's. But of course we how that Joffrey is stupid and will never understand it. Btw. nice job KING, hiding in your chambers when the war is at its peak.

Podrick owns my heart

One more thing I liked about drunk Cersei - "Tears aren't a woman's only weapon; the best one's between your legs."

Quite smart move for the show to leave the anticipated battle of blackwater in the very capable hands of GRRM himself! Who else better to write a screenplay of how the battle should turn out! And how perfect did this actually turn out to be! BRAVO!

Everything in this episode is just brilliant and the characters are really shined and different facets of them were revealed!

TYRION my little war hero! I really hope he's okay, and seriously him and Bronn are just the best bromance on this show!

Beautiful brave Sansa - no matter what anyone says, she is a true Stark, strong and calm and steadfast - I adore her!

Joffrey is just a hopeless cause and a wimp - Cersei getting drunk is hilarious too - like mother like son it seems, neither one can really handle it.

I think Stannis and Davos are my second fave bromance LOL - they amuse me so much and there is so much love, I would want to have them as King and Hand, they'd be good for the kingdom. But now...awwww I really need Davos to come out of this okay!

Tywin Lannister, the one man who has a brain and actually knows how to use it properly other than Tyrion in his family. If Tywin had been in King's Landing all along, none of this battle thing would have happened because Ned Stark would still be alive.

Great penultimate episode! Onward to the finale! Wonder where this finale will lead us!
