It does, I'm so glad to finally be able to do that to my hair and I won't feel so old trying to act young since older people do it more and more (not that I'm saying she's old...)

I didn't see older people til lately though I did it a lot as a teen. Though it does seem to be making a big comeback.

that's true...its just so odd when I had my black and bright pink hair older people looked at me like I was stupid or something around here and now they've got it

I'm trying to cut my hair and do blue and purple underneath, I wanna do it tomorrow but so far nothing until next Thursday

Those same people probably did it themselves when they were younger. No one is ever really innocent.
