You know the boys were mean to Castle but at the same time all I could think about is how lucky Beckett is to have them as brothers. They went into big brother mode on Castle pretty fast.

Same here. Despite how dense they were, at the same time the brotherly love was there completely to the point where they were willing to listen if Beckett wanted to talk.
