I feel the same way. That's why I was starting to get annoyed halfway through. For once, and sad to say, this whole arc felt like drama for drama's sake. I'm not a fan of that. And I'm not one for angst either unless it serves a purpose. There was none.

At least that's all water under the bridge now though and we can focus on the future and how Caskett will get Locksat (sp?) as well as fool people into thinking they're still on a break.

I agree. But I do plan on doing a rewatch of all the episodes so far. Just to see it all together and see if I can get what the show heads were trying to do. It is hard to do that when you are in the midst of it. Now we have a break . I can better see what this was all about.

I can't wait to see how they finish this up next year.

It was 6 episodes hardly the end of the world girls lol and yes 6 cause technically didn't even started till 8x03 and ended by 8x08 wasn't that bad lol

Also angst is never appreciated in the moment when this season is over and you see the big picture of why they did just like S4 you'll see it as good writing. S4 was painful the first time but after I got to re-watch it became one of my fav seasons all I'm saying is wasn't executed badly kept in line with the characters and didn't last very long at all. It served its purpose now everyone is even more excited for them to be in secret now
