How about you give 2 dates and times and see which one everyone can make??

IKR! My brother's job gives out their schedule one month in advance. Mine... The Friday before the new week starts! so 2 days!! Irritating!
My job does the same as yours and I hate it . My old job used to be two weeks in advance your schedule came out, I loved that I could plan accordingly lol.

I think most said Sunday afternoons/evenings for times...
