Well, it's out there now. Castle just told Beckett to her face that he loves her. If she plays it off that she doesn't remember Castle telling her he loves her because she was busy "dying", next season is going to be torture. Goodbye, Will Beall. You closed out your Castle run with a hell of a bang. Montogomery taking out Lockwood was completely badass. Movies are calling you, sir. But come back to Castle to write the "mythology" episodes. Please?

FF ate my last post because the page didn't load. But to sum it up, it's out there now. Beckett knows that Castle loves her. She's not going to die because she's half of the show. So, she better remember that Castle told her that he loves her, or else I'm going to be mighty pissed. Still, Castle finally said the L word! Is it wrong that I enjoyed that ending immensely?

ETA: I can't stop watching the scene when Castle picks up Beckett and takes her out of the hangar. The way she's pleading with Castle by using his first name, and you can see Castle's lips when he has his hand over her mouth. He keeps on mouthing "I'm sorry." Beckett, if you still think Josh is your man after all of this, then clearly you need to cut Castle loose. That man loves you. LOVES you. I don't see Josh having Beckett's back as much as Castle has this whole freaking season.

The acting, the story, the Caskett love...wow. Wow. I wept. A lot.

Right from the start so much action.

Castle's 23 missed calls made me chuckle

Loved the Castle & Martha scene

Usually, it's the person dying, who -with their last breath- whispers "I love you". Castle defied cliche by making Castle tell Beckett! She looked kinda out of it though, so I hope she remembers.


I had a nagging feeling about the missing 3rd cop but kept telling myself I was surely wrong. Oh well.

Did NOT see the end coming. Obviously, she's gonna have to be ok somehow, but the scene did give me heart palpitations, and not just because of the "L" word...

My only complaint :
I'm not sure how the being carried out by Castle and breaking down crying instead of breaking fee and fighting sits with me, but I'm just going to blame it on stress and shock of it all. It was very sweet, and obviously saved her life, but..... It's so not Beckett. Maybe she just finally realized that she can't just up and die on Castle...

AND, I'm not sure what to read into that look Beckett gave Castle when she quoted the captain about "if you're lucky enough to find someone to stand and fight with you"- I am hoping it's because he's always there for her, but I'm a little worried that it was because he wanted to give up instead of fight or because he wouldn't let her stay and fight with the captain. I'm hoping that it isn't a wedge they will try to drive between CB for next season... Hm.... can you tell I've gotten burned by Bones? I now expect a conspiracy everywhere

OMG THE ENDING

But IDK he seems relieved at the very end, just the last seconds! he does a thing with his eyebrows... IDK maybe they planned her death for a cover and Castle didn't know about that. When he looks at the shot on her chest, it looks like he's relieved or something!

I can't believe how amazing the episode was! I'm trembling! I'm tearing up! I want to cry!

We know Kate's gonna make it but why, why did it have to end this way? If I hadn't seen the blood I'd agree with Tears of an Angel about the cover up but IDK... I guess we'll just have to be patient.

Finally Castle said the three words! I wish he'd said them before in the ep...
