Well she’s due in May and I believe it was said to be autumn so maybe 8-10 weeks

It's possible, not much has really been said about the baby just that she's pregnant and due in May. I asked if it was gonna get worse before it gets better and she responded with only time will tell so I said unless something happens to Kate causing Rick and Johanna to come together and she just liked it so I wonder if something may happen which will push Rick and Jo together, bonding over Kate and the baby?
