Kale is one of the greens you are supposed to cook together with other greens. You don't it it raw in a salad. Yuck!

I don't really like them either, but I'm forcing myself to eat some of them every now and then..
The kale we make here is cooked, together with the potatoes, some salt and pepper, and then mash it up. My mom adds some cream as well to make it smoother..

Me neither, don't worry.. It's just gross..
What I like better is Hutspot, a typical Dutch cuisine. It's also mashed, but it contains potatoes, carrots and unions. We eat it mostly in winter time..

That I would try as long as they add seasoning to it.

Oh yeah, there's seasoning in it. Not sure what my mom adds to it, but I think several spices can be used.
