What he said, the song, the shutup and kiss me and the actual kiss. I couldn't believe what i was hearing. That scene came as a complete surprise to me. I love love their song. I said omg I love this song literally the exact moment they did

Okay so where do I even start this time around? I guess I'll split this up into three sections.

1. Overall Thoughts

a.) Every single time I finish watching a new episode I seriously think OMG there is no way anything can top that however this episode went above and beyond to the point where it just might be my favorite episode of the season thus far!

So with that said I'm going to quote the man himself:

"BEST CASE EVER!"

b.) And the song choice at the end, damn! But I'll reserve those thoughts for later down the line in my review. Currently though I have the song on repeat as I type this.

c.) I will say this. This is one show that allows us to have expectations. Andrew Marlowe doesn't screw us around the way so many other shows do for the sake of drama. AM and his team prove that you can still have drama and keep their couple together without playing games.

2. The Case

a.) First, probably one of the most relatable cases to me in a long time. Jordan seriously reminded me of myself. While I've thankfully never been bullied I do know what it's like to be the outcast, to be the odd one out even surrounded among friends and family and groups and things, and to even be a loner. Seeing her box of comics and her books was another reminder of myself. I have those things. While I don't have books on telekenesis I do have a lot of books related to UFOs and Extraterrestrials and Ghosts so I totally get it.

b.) Now onto the case itself. I was honestly floored with it. There were so many twists and turns that it kept me guessing the entire time. And I loved how Beckett made that comment to Castle at the end about unis not finding wires and magnets to explain things. Though she was messing with him in the end this was a case that still kept you guessing- the idea that it could be CGI and science stuff versus the very possibility that the world is not what it seems. I liked that a lot.

3. Caskett

a.) Having seen the bedroom sneak peek it was still so awesome to see it "live". It was adorable how they talked about their song and even the off screen stuff about the things they did in the Hamptons.

b.) Classic Castle & Beckett. The Believer and The Skeptic. It's one of the reasons why I love this show and this duo. I have always been a well rounded/open minded person so I can easily see things from both Castle's POV and Beckett's. Still I have such a fun time going back and forth between them and I swear no other team does it better than these two! It's those non-couply related moments that I always look forward to most with them because that's what made them great to begin with.

c.) I thought this episode was such a great contrast to the last episode. In the last episode we got things about Beckett's insecurities and her past and this week we got Castle's past.

d.) Their dinner scene was perfect. I loved that Castle had that list of Billboard songs. It was a totally relevant thing to do. And their words to each other just made me melt.

Castle: To the things we missed.
Beckett: And to those we didn't.

e.) Now that ending. What can I say about it? I loved Castle asking her to the dance. The second that first note hit the tears did and I cried throughout that entire scene. No words can describe just how perfect it was.

Castle's words to Beckett made my heart melt.

And then them saying it was there song- as if I wasn't crying enough. LOL! That song has come to mean so much in the Castle fandom and to us and to us as fans who love Caskett; that for them to define it as their song...I... I mean seriously... there... there just are no words to describe how beyond perfect that is.

Once again the fandom world and the Castle world collide and we've seen that happen twice before: 1.) The Nikki Heat Novels/Derek Storm Novels-Graphic Novels. 2.) The episode "Still" which felt more like a fanvid than an actual episode. and now 3.) Where "In My Veins" has become an important song for the fandom and is now an important song for Castle and Beckett personally.

Seriously can we ask for anything better?!

Loved this episode The Caskett scenes were pure perfection, I just loved all the teasing that went on trying to find their song

And then the ending As soon as I heard the song, I thought in my head that's the song that was heard in Always (great song by the way! And then the kiss, it was so sweet!
